Semantic Error is one of my favorite university based BL K-Dramas. I had missed a few of the points that you spoke of, but I had figured out that they were living together in the final episode. Thank you for your hard work.
this was so well done!! i never noticed the poster OR move in thing, thank you! also yes lol, as a visual communication student in uni i really appreciated that 1: they had an art student as a protagonist and 2: he was actually good at what he was doing. great job!
God i loved Jaeyoung's outfits. The first time i watched the series i didn't pay attention to the outfits in particular, but they really did do a lot of work in conveying characters' emotional states and setting the tone of a scene.
Watching the series I did get a feeling that the clothes were x¿changing and expressing the character's arcs, but the analysis you did was absolutely amazing, so well-though and perfectly explained!! I loved it!!
You know? My heart racing fast just by watching this video! I mean...those clips are not the entire scenes yet I am dying here! HELP!!! And I was amazed on how detail your research is! WOW! Thanks for the video :)
I love Semantic Error and this is a great video. One question remains, though: what happened to Jaeyoung's lip ring?? It appeared in the first scene and then disappeared without a trace. I need justice for the lip ring!
i love semantic error so much it's short but so well done i love the characters instagrams that they clearly worked hard on to help us understand their personalities
I need to thank you! I had seen a lot of fawning over Semantic Error, but none of it made me interested in the show. Then this video popped up in my recommendations and you made me think that at least I sould go watch it for technical aspects of costuming and filming... and wow, this show is so good in so many ways! Really your little analysis her is the first praise of the show that I have seen that actually gives it justice! Without you I would never have watched this gem, so thank you so, so much!
Yeah, the romance is cute, but a lot of shows are cute. Semantic Error is special because of the amount of effort and attention to detail was put into it - you can just tell when a show has been made with a lot of love! I am glad you watched it because of my video!
Great video! This team did an excellent job with this adaptation, from script, to casting and acting. Looking forward to see what they do with the next 2 BL adaptations lined up 💕
14:23 This is *also* a video essay made with love. I'm currently watching all SE related content after finishing the show and I admire how deep your research goes! I didn't notice the Quickst guy until you pointed it out HAHA Saying it again, this is such a well made video essay 🖤❤
Wow - thank you so much for this interesting analysis. I so enjoyed the series and movie and now watching you post adds further to my appreciation of the production team! 🙏🇨🇦
omg thank u so much for this 💕🫶 Also i would like to add how Ryu Jihye had tints of Green in her outfit in the drama initially while Jaeyoung wore completely Red outfits at the time (this in my opinion symbolises how Chu Sangwoo saw Jihye as a green flag (Green Fairy) and i guess she was one of the first friends he made and talked to in the drama while he viewed Jaeyoung in all red as a devil initially) In the webtoon version too its stated how Jihye was like a Green Fairy to Sangwoo cause she always helped him while he viewed Jaeyoung a devil in Red.
I really enjoy your analysis! If you enjoyed the webtoon and drama, I highly suggest the original webnovel of the same name! They're all slightly different, but all equally as fun and great!
I'd choose dramas like this with lower budget if that means that things are more realistic, I'm seriously tired of seeing poor heroine with latest samsung flip phone like seriously 😐
Yes! Semantic Error is such a good example of doing the best with the budget they had! I understand why k-dramas keed sponsors, but it should not stand in the way of telling the story.

To be fair, some of the details I first noticed on the 10th watch :D
FINALLY!!! watching semantic error over and over again has made me see the smaller details and i’m so glad someone else has seen them as well!!!

Their chemistry is undeniable!

he removed it so that his kiss not disturbed by that ring😂
