  • ingredients
    500 g Cake flour
    1+1/4 cup castor sugar
    250g butter room temperature
    2 eggs
    250g desicated coconut
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/4 cup oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence/ extract
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    Method
    preheat oven to 180 degrees
beat butter with sugar till pale in color
Add eggs then oil and vanilla essence or extract
Add dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon or till dough comes together
    easier using your hands
should have a soft dough not dry
    roll dough out
use fork to scrape top of the dough to create a rough texture
use cookie cutter of your choosing
    bake for 10-12 minutes
ps a thinner rolled cookie makes for more crisper biscuit
I prefer mine a bit thicker gives the perfect crunch but still soft that it melts in your mounth
    😊delicious Enjoy
