We Malaysian Chinese normally will add 1 tablespoon marmite with 1 tablespoon "Chinese soy sauce" not "Thai fish sauce" (optional - but believe me with soy sauce it taste better) into 1litre boiled water. Stir well and serve it as soup. Another Malaysian Chinese dish; Marmite Fried Chicken or Fried Pork Ribs. This is how you make the marmite sauce; Firstly, mix well 2 tablespoons of marmite with honey or 2 tablespoons of sugar (actually no specific measurement for it, just according to the sweetness you prefer) add about 200ml plain hot water and stir well. Heat the pan and pour the marmite mixture into the heated pan. Keep stirring until you see it becomes caramelised (but make sure the sauce enough to cover the fried chicken or fried pork tibs)... Have a try I'm sure you will love it..
Dude, I swear. If you're giving foreigners Marmite, then lump it up high and tell them it's like chocolate and to get stuck in. You let the side down here taking it easy on them.
You are not using Marmite correctly. First you need HOT buttered toast. Then spread about half a tea spoon of Marmite like SKID marks across the bread. Mmmm.

Hahaha actually I did that at my previous school and they were furious with me.
Try with a cup of tea.
On toast with butter is best.
