Step 1a) for a higher chance of a 12 star ranked map, pick any Camellia high bpm song. Speed star kanade seems like a good choice in this case
This map is passable, is just that no one can pass it rn, and people say osu! is reaching a skill limit

my only problem with high bpm & sr maps like this is that ar10 isnt high enough for them, sure they're essentially just good maps but sped up to high bpm but the ar cant scale enough with them and thus they will be less playable even assuming there is someone who can play them. i bet that once rankable od/ar limits are extended past 10, these super high sr maps will become obselete and newer ones will be favoured mostly for this reason, we will view them similar to how we view
it kinda depends in certain cases. this map is fine with ar 10 because the mapper didnt overlap a huge amount of objects and the flow is really good on this map. however maps like xeroa the map is very dense and that makes it hard to read with just ar 10. for me (even though i obviously cant play these maps) its more an issue with flow and how spaced out the patterns are than the ar.
@@gandalphf2026 actually, the od and ar not being able to be higher than 10 was literally an issue with this map that was brought up in the modding page and the map had to be changed a lot because of it

My guess is that he hit about 80% of the notes with shitty acc sometimes, which is even crazier

i remember hearing something about osu!Lazer giving us more keys to tap with instead of just two fingers you would be able to use 4 or something along those lines. if that gets included i could see people being able to approach 300bpm speeds, honestly.
the thing with that if you tap all the 4 keys at the same time it will register only 2 clicks. I tried playing with 3 fingers but I couldn't because when I move from index to ring while tapping the game doesn't register the click I did with my ring finger because my index still didn't get off of its key. This happens because you're binding 2 keys for 1 action. If there were 4 keys for 4 different actions instead of 2 then yes but for now no.

@@darkfoxmania nah high bpm like 260+ is more reliant on jacks than jumptrill, though its definitely possible to make hard stream maps at high bpm, its just unlikely theyll get ranked

No, but it's certainly possible for someone to fc this considering they achieve the speed of aetrna, raw aim of mrekk, and fingercontrol of aricin/mathi and aim control of badeu
Exactly, we human has physical limit, at some point, our body parts hit the celling of what is capable. By that point, speed is no longer the meta but consistency is, like imagine a 10* but 30 minutes map. This spread the diff spike out making it doable.
