I agree with Sam partially, I go 2, 1, 3. I found this channel because of watching peoples reactions to DP&W. I think it was kind of cool the way y'all did this. I have seen quite a bit more than Sam but I did not know anything about the TVA, Cassandra Nova or Elioth coming into the movie. I knew all the other characters and got the inside jokes about them. I did not know that Channing Tatum had been trying to play Gambit for all this time until after but his accent is actually not bad at all for the character. In fact, it is a muted version of a deep bayou Cajun accent. He comes from a Cajun background and spent part of his youth in the bayou.

Thank you so much for this reaction video and for taking us on a wild, fun-filled ride, Sam and Kristian. This morning offering is the best way to start off the weekend. Funny with all the upcoming various movie offerings, this video made my most highly anticipated watch of October! Kristian, you explaining certain concepts in the movie is like me explaining them to my non-Marvel/comic book fan friends. No simple task (perhaps a need for explanations is what is hampering Marvel movies/shows?). I would love a reaction video for Days of Future Past, but if not, we MUST have more reaction videos with Sam! Perhaps have her choose a movie/show she enjoys that you need to familiarize yourself with, Kristian. 🤔 In any case, keep this going! Thanks again!
Seeing how much Sam enjoyed this movie despite not knowing many of the references or characters from previous movies, I'm wondering if I should've been more open to seeing it with my dad and uncle when it came out. They were interested in it because they like Ryan Reynolds, but I told them no because I thought they wouldn't understand what the hell is going on and wouldn't get anything out of it. They're in their 70s and don't really follow this stuff, so they would've been bombarding me with questions I didn't have the energy or patience to deal with. I simply went to go see it myself. Personally, I'm not sure where I'd rank it in the Deadpool trilogy. It's got some flaws but I liked it a lot.
This series with Sam is the effin tops! One of my favorite things you’ve done in my opinion. It’s fun, it’s funny and the real reaction of someone who’s not deeply invested in these movies is wonderful and allows you to appreciate it more. Biggest of ups to you both.

Awesome reaction my dudes! And I’m also a bit envious that at least the option to PAUSE IT was there…whereas I was in the theater for my first time watching..so that wasn’t even remotely possible to do in my situation ffs! 😅👍😉😮💨
Also…at least I’m not the only one who found the moment near the end when he sees Dogpool is freaking hilarious 😂 I think it’s the throwing his food down and fast clapping that truly gets me 😅
They nailed the music, the pacing, respected AND added upon the characters, great casting overall, phenomenal cameos AND homage to the Fox universe, splendid action, great raunchy comedy, wtf more do people want ?!
As someone who lives on Staten Island I couldn't agree more and laughed out loud. 😅
she was laughing hard the whole time in this😂 IT WAS AWESOME!
Watching her reactions made it so much fun like its my first time watching it 😂😂😂
This just reinforces how much knowledge is required to fully enjoy this movie. There’s so much she didn’t know and will likely never know.
28:25 the car and the trunk are nods to PLanes Trains and Automobiles (which starred John Candy, a fellow Canadian and Ryan is a huge fan)
Let’s F’n Go!
!!!!
Gambit in this is perfect, his Cajun is spot on and the action was dope! Need more of this Gambit
It's not him dancing it's one of the best stunt performers and dancers of our time. He's not even close tbh, and he admits it. He says comparatively, Reynolds looks like he cannot move his body. It's true tbh the man is incredibly "tight" like every move is fine tuned.
The flicking of the blade sticking out of Wolverine has to be one of the best character moments in the whole damned movie. :D I just wish I knew whether it was improvised or scripted.
Cant stop rewatching this movie. Already seen it atleast 8th times and i think it's even more funny every time. Btw for those interested song with that tribute to Fox universe is Greenday - Good Riddance. They couldnt have chosen better song for that.
The watch alongs with Sam are great, she is an absolute delight
Pause it!!! This was a great reaction, I think I laughed more than the first time I watched the movie. Laughter is contagious.
Ladypool is played by his wife. Kidpool is their daughter. Babypool is their new child. Cowboypool is Mathew McConoughy.
Love the reactions, Sam just makes them so much better. Hope she joins you more in the future.
This was so enjoyable to watch along with! Thanks guys!
"I think we're bout t out Saaaam!" Hahahaha the best thing you could have said in that moment. Hilarious!!!
This series with Sam is the effin tops! One of my favorite things you’ve done in my opinion. It’s fun, it’s funny and the real reaction of someone who’s not deeply invested in these movies is wonderful and allows you to appreciate it more. Biggest of ups to you both.
You've struck gold, Harloff. Sam is the perfect watch-along buddy. Keep 'em coming!
“I take it all back… the Honda Odyssey fucks hard.” might be the funniest line ever in a comic book movie lmao
I’d love to see you two go through the MCU together
This is the greatest reaction ever! I immediately went and watched your other Deadpool reactions. I need more Sam MCU reactions, please!!!😆😆😆
Just watched your review of the Deadpool & Wolverine movie. Love it (the review and the movie); gave it a like!
Hi, Sam. Happy Belated Birthday, Kristian!
It wasn’t Ryan dancing in the opening scene btw. Also, that wasn’t Blake Lively in the suit, just her voice, and kid Pool & Baby Pool were his daughters( baby voice of course).
You do realize that they posted this weeks ago and many people commented on this. Try to read before posting the same thing verbatim.
Kudos to *Nick Pauley* for that great opening dance sequence as Deadpool. That was "for sure" _not_ *Ryan Reynolds,* who said he can't dance "for sh!t." 🤫
Great reaction video!! I am slightly different in I believe these movies progress as they go, so I rank 3, 2, 1 - but enjoy all three!!!
I appreciate wanting her to go in completely blind basically but the movie was made for people who have been invested in the X-Men and the fox era of marvel. It's a giant heap of nostalgia for us. It's just not the same if you don't know everything that's going on
41:35 back in 2014 a gambit movie staring Channing Tatum was confirmed he even announced on stage at San Diego Comic Con & a script was being worked on than 2019 with covid and Disney buying Fox Studios; Disney canceled pretty much every movie in production at Fox, Gambit being one of those movies, Ryan's movie FreeGuy was one of the movies that survived the Fox Buyout coming out later in theaters than originally intended. Plus side FreeGuy was able to add in Disney references into the movie.
It's not him dancing. There's a guy in Instagram that did all the dancing.
Keep the reaction coming they are great and you chemistry with all the crew is on point
Sam is awesome! Thx for bringing her aboard!
this run of reactions were great, can't wait for more
Best superhero movie ever...yet.
The best parts were the ones hearing sam laughing hahaha she is great😂❤
When she said Hugh Jackman was jacked when he was talking to Laura I just thought to myself “Just wait until the end” lol
loved the transition of sam clueless to the mcu stuff to her just gradually enjoying the film for what it is, and you did great job just explaining some things along the way.
now for the journey ahead, we doing the fox universe first or the mcu???
p.s. all the wolverine variants were inspired by the comics, even the calverines outfit is comic accurate
These reaction videos are GREAT! Keep em coming!
