- As of now I've got a full year to progress my technique and strength to make the Olympics. I'm just going to work hard one day at a time until then and make the most of it. also subscribing to me helps you throw farther.
True blue dude Crouser is. I've been following him since high school. Sure hope he gets the record
It’s 3am where I am, loving the content!!
I’ve been watching since I started throwing in 2016. Being a left handed thrower myself it was awkward for me to learn from right handed people. Through your videos I was able to teach myself how to properly throw and ended up getting my school record in discus. Life’s been rough after high school, with a broken ankle and all, but I’m glad to have you to always come back to and remember some of my favorite memories. Thank you, Jordan.
Was waiting from months 🙏🙏🙏
I’ve never been so hype
Man i love your videos, even more now that i don't have my own throwing team to have thrower moments with. Probably won't until August :c
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
Can you do video of hammer throw drill
I'm a high school thrower and I'm struggling to find places to throw, I wish I had one of those portable rings
First comment? 😀
At the entry you should go more around and get in lower positions during the throw...
Kee rotating your left foot in the middle. Losing some acceleration because of that.
Left handed thrower gang. 😄
I hear coaches often talk about the foot (your left) continuing to rotate once contact is made in the center of the circle. In your technique, your foot lands, pausing prior to a fast release into turning the hip into the block... Do you know if this a variable to consider or do you think it simply depends on the athlete and their effectiveness of getting the hip turned? Hopefully I've worded this question so it makes sense.
Yeah right now it’s a bit choppy because I’m just getting back into things and really focusing on the back and the finish. My coach will get on me for the pause soon but there’s other things I’m working on first
@@LifeofJY By no means take my question as a critique! I'm more curious about the fine details from thrower to thrower, and I know you're incredibly dedicated to the technical elements of your movements. These videos are some of the best available!
How far are your standing throws going your a good 60 m thrower how much should a rotation be putting on the throw I stand long but the rotation is very inconsistent I'm a lefty from UK thrown disc for while but started taking seriously now. Cheers great vids wish all throwers would share there knowledge
