Very under rated bike. Owned this bike for 3 years. Very reliable bike. Never let me down. Bike needs to be revved above 7k rpm for the engine to come alive. Also need a R6 throttle tube swap as the stock throttle is too long and makes the bike feel unresponsive. Good pickup, on par with super 4 on acceleration. Fuss free bike if you take good care of it.
Finally bro! Was looking forward to an MT-03 review from you, and as usual, very comprehensive review! The main reason I chose MT-03 over Super4 is the fuel mileage (350km incl. reserve with occasionally going s.fast) and engine oil (2 bottles vs 4 bottles).

Wait, why does driving center have 2A bikes? You only go there to take your 2B licence.
nope. Singapore bikes are categorised into 3 classes; 2B (up till 200cc), 2A (201cc to 400cc), 2 (401cc & above). So once pass 2B, need wait after 1 year to learn 2A to ride a 2A bike, then another year to take 2 to ride a 2 bike.
Then where do you think we go to take 2A
this bike no slipper clutch bro. newer bikes forks are inverted but i think the engine the same. gotta rev to 7k+ rpm to feel the power.
by the way Farhan, in your opinion how do you compare the power between this bike and the CB400x? since you ride both before. Is the CB400x significantly more powerful?
Tried a 0-100 side by side with a cb400x (I was on mt03) and I narrowly lost. Both bikes are euro3. This was done in msia roads. But still, no doubt that mt03 pickup is really strong.
