Ingredients:
The Pounded Paste:
Onion - 2 Medium Sized
Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
Bird’s Eye Chili (Red & Green) - 5-6 Pcs Each color
Dried Anchovies - 2 Tbsp, Pre-Washed
Belacan (Shrimp Paste) - 1 Inch Cubes
Nasi Goreng Kampung (Fried Rice):
Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
Chicken - 150-200 GM, Cut Into Small Pcs
The Pounded Paste - 1 ½ Cup
Oyster Sauce - 1-2 Tbsp
Pre-Cooked Rice (Room Temperature) - 4-5 Cups, Use Overnight Refrigerated Rice For Better Result
Kangkung (Water Spinach) - A Few Handful, Cleaned & Washed
Salt - To Taste
Fried Scrambled Egg - 1 Cup
Fried Dried Anchovies - 1 Cup

Hi! To get the flavor you must use the Oyster sauce but if you really need a substitute then mushrooms seasoning will do.
