They brought bread because Soviet Scouts, like most humans, required food.

The Soviet army during the Second World War was recruited mostly from villages and collective farms. For villagers, bread is not only food, but first and foremost a symbol of home, family and homeland. a piece of bread will not so much satiate a fighter as it will inspire him, remind him of what he left far from the war front and what he is fighting for. also, when leaving their native lands, soldiers often took a lump of earth with them, for the same purposes

No. They were brutal and brutalised slaves. Sure, they defeated the Nazis. But they were allies of the Nazis until Adolph decided to invade. And he was quicker off the mark than Stalin, who planned to invade Germany once the Nazis had beaten the UK and he’d rebuilt the army after purging anyone with talent or even humanity in his army. And two things - more than half the trucks built in the USA during the war were given to the Russians. Without lend lease, they’d have lost. And the UK also gave them a lot of material, despite being desperate themselves.
The other point is many of the Russian soldiers didn’t need to die. Their brutal and corrupt culture meant they were used as meat waves with barrier troops. This video touches on that - soldiers were sent into battle without training and often bad equipment. If they survived they learned on the job. Sure, this might have been necessary in 1941, but by 1943 it was just Russian brutality.
They have been given a pass for 80 years because the Nazis were a little worse and they fought on the same side as the free world. But they have shown they can’t be trusted. It’s time to let the truth come out. The rape (even of women in supposedly allied countries like Poland and Ukraine), the torture, the executions of civilians, the looting. They haven’t changed.
And before someone does a ‘whaddabout’, such incidents involving the western allies were punished if the perps were caught. This type of behaviour was sanctioned red army terror tactics and came from the top, the Stavka. The mafia like cabal including Stalin.

They had no training because instructors were at the front. Why? Soviets had very little army reserves after suffering great losses in Operation Barbarossa. Therefore, they didn't respect people's life but gave bare minimum and pushed them to the frontline, which caused more losses.

@@user-bj7oe7zo9c Ukraine was part of the USSR, it was the Soviet Army, not only Russian. In fact, part of the problem in Ukraine today was that Communist Party Leader Nikita Kruscheiv was from Ukraine and he gave Russian territory to Ukraine. Many people in Eastern Ukraine are ethnic Russians and want to be part of Russia. The Western media don't want to tell the truth of how the New World dis-Order has set up this war since Clinton disarmed Ukraine of nukes and promised them US protection. All this was to get the food and resources there into Western hands. We need to be out of that war, it will only bring destruction to us.

Zelensky fist bumped one of them in the middle of the canadian parliament last year, they said it was an accident but cmon, as Putin said to the canadians - "then you are either complete idiots (in which case resign your jobs please) or you are secretly pro-nazi."
edit: in the end only the speaker of the parliament resigned but everyone knew Trudeau organized the whole show.
