Seems it was a good budget, extremely well acted by all ! Great director, & screenplay. I'm a historian, writer, artist & shootist. Been a Christian since 18. Studied history 62 years.Reenacted /living history 45 years. I'm a stickler for authenticity , (I was in the miniseries "North & South" with Patrick Swayze, God bless him & R.I.P.) and a few other historical movies/videos. The wardrobe and Firearms were very authentic. I have a BA in Graphic Arts/and History, I know authenticity when I see it. This movie touched my heart when I needed it , it reinforced my faith in a time of many troubles. My house had a fire in June,2023. Destroyed 18 of my 22 paintings, burned 1,400-1,500 history books, the smoke killed my beloved cat "Missie", and caused third degree burns on my room mates arms and shoulders. Also burned up my Tacoma truck. 13 months homeless (in temporary apartment), moved back in repaired home 1-2-3 August, ,first week of Sept. DAMN HOA slapped a $13,000 demand on us,in 30 days ! Trying to sell my home and kick us out ! Forced to hire an attorney to file bankruptcy to save our house and arrange a reasonable pay plan on the $13,000, (even though we only really owe only about $,3,000). 21 August, I was rushed to hospital with a heart attack, 2 days ago I got home from 4 days in hospital for extremely low blood pressure. Had an anuerism in aorta (stint put in) 2014, right kidney removed for cancer 2015, have CVI in both legs, and open-heart triple by-pass in 2016, been burglarized 3 times. But my room mate and I, and room mates cat all survived ! I know many thousands of folks have had same or far worse problems/ailments etc. My point is, despite this and facing death many times, my faith has kept me going, prayers have worked and been answered. I'm grateful to be alive, praise Jesus ! And this movie has refreshed my spirit and soul . I prayed a good 45 minutes after this movie. So whatever you are facing, rejoice in this movie and know you are not alone ! Give your cares and needs to Christ, let him into your heart and he will give you love, comfort, peace, happiness and salvation ! God bless and protect y'all who see this movie ! Oh my heart goes out to you. I have a hard time forgiving evil people. May our God in Heaven give you peace and Rest. My daughter was held hostage by the baby daddy (my grandson) for 4 hours my daughter and my grandson were held at gun point. He chocked her until she passed out. He dragged her by her hair into the bedroom and raped her. My grandson saw the hole thing. He choked her more than once causing her to pass out. By the Grace of God and her belief in Jesus she was able to talk him down. He let her leave with my grandson. I hate this man. I hate him!! I don't know if I can ever forgive him 🙏

This movie made weep many times even though I am not a Christian but still to be the best human being we can is what God Almighty wants from us because Goodness in one of his his attributes and he likes to see that in his servants. It is really worth watching.

@@E-Kat Lying is a sin. You better repent. It is most definitely NOT "nothing but violence" as you overstated but it is a wholesome family film. It does have a FEW violent scenes that are overshadowed by the love and forgiveness of humans and of our awesome God Jesus Christ. It is very clean western. There were no gruesome scenes! There were no sex scenes or even cursing. God was glorified in this film about redemption because the film made it clear that if one is truly repentant (Luke 13:3) and believes and confesses Jesus is Lord(Romans10:9-10) they will be saved. The message of forgiveness by grace (Ephes2:8)was not perverted or blasphemed. I highly recommend this film .

So many quote this verse and say you have eternal life even without believing in Christ. They tell you you will spend eternity being tortured in hell for not accepting Jesus.
So what does God, Jesus and the Bible have to say about all the pedofile priests and nuns that are sexually abusing children. What do they say about all the priests and nuns that are active homosexuals and breaking their vow of chastity. What do they say about the nuns in Ireland that abused unwed mothers and baby’s. I can go on and on about the endless abuse and crimes of the church …but most of all what do God, Jesus and the Bible say about the church knowingly and intentionally covering up and lying about all these known crimes by your church. Do me a favor … keep your biblical crap to yourself.
