Today it is Resident Evil Code: Veronica which has 12 Achievements.

I love cvx! I love all the stupid stuff! Except the moths they can go die in corner.. oh and that thing that squishes you.. I also love all the optional/alternate cutscene stuff too! for example when you got "From the Young Lady" achievement Claire will say 1 of 4 dialogue options
the one you got "what's wrong? cold feet?"
ones you can get
"You still have plenty of ammo. You don't have to worry about holding back."
"You're not done yet."
"Do you want me to take of this for you, little boy?" she even leans over when she says that
Also in that same section depending on how many enemies you kill as steve he will say something different
one you got for killing 6-8 zombies
"It was dirty work but this area is now clean. see, you can depend on me."
if you kill 4-5
"Hey Claire! I managed to clear a path for you, it should be safe now. Well, what do you think of my work?"
kill 2-3
"They weren't even worth wasting the ammo needed to kill them! I've been wait for you m'lady"
kill 1 to 0
"Check it out! I pulled through without a scratch! I even saved ammo for future use! Come on! I would have killed more but I thought that you needed a workout"
Also if you talk to rodrigo after giving him the medicine he can say one of these 4 lines
"Don't think you can count on me in the future.. now get out here.."
"What are you still hanging around for? Get out of here!"
"You better get out of here while you're still able"
"leave me alone...."
There is a lot more optional stuff also a couple of missable stuff too but if I keep going I'm afraid I won't stop so.. I'm stopping here.
if you can't tell I'm a bit obsessed with cvx "a bit" is probably an understatement. I do have a lot to say about this game but I need to hold myself back now cough cough but feel free to ask me anything

here is another thing, when you have to save steve from the gold luger room depending on how long you take/how many mistakes you make the begin of the cutscene changes
(please note I'm not the best at describing stuff)
if you save him under 1 minute and 8 seconds/ zero mistake
he'll stumble out panting a bit lean over with his hands rest on his knees saying
"that was too close... but I found something. thanks to.. YOU..Looks cool huh?"
the one Sten got is if you do it over 1 minute and 9 seconds/1 mistake
you see him stumble out, again panting and he'll collapse onto his back to then say
"Thought I wouldn't.. make it.. hugh.."
and finally if you do it over a 1 and 39 seconds/ 2 or more mistakes
before you complete the puzzle you'll see at that point he's just lean on the door so when the thing opens he falls as the thing slide and lands flat on his stomach panting heavily to then push himself up a bit still on the ground saying
"I made it... that was too close.. What took YOu so long!"
and instead of carrying where it usually leaves off which is
"You gotta be kidding.. I found it and I'm keeping it. Fine.. Let's make a deal, I'll trade you for something.. fully automatic. see you around Claire.. Adios." it will skip to "fine" and continue from there
there is a missable cutscene chris can have with Alexia if you go and trigger her first fight before you have gotten Nosferatu out of the ice you'll miss it I won't bother to describe it as I'm certain if you look up all of Alexia's cutscenes it should be an easy find
Secondly the cutscene where Claire and Chris reunited is different whether Claire gets poisoned or not during the Nosferatu fight Sten gets poisoned but didn't show the scene you can also look this up easily by searching cvx claire gets poisoned the main difference is more dialogue and it's good dialogue! if claire doesn't get poison the part where she collapses won't happen and she'll just continue to get up and that's when Alexia interrupts
speaking of the nosferatu fight you get a special little cutscene if your killing blow is with the rifle or the knife and claire will say during it "I've got you now..." for both
Also another thing to mention is the differences between cv dreamcast and cvx
steve's hair is different they changed it in cvx because they were worried he looked too much like Leonardo Dicaprio, even the book pokes fun at his likeness since the book covers the dreamcast events, here's what the books says "he looked like an actor she'd seen before, the lead in that movie about the sinking ship; the resemblance was striking."
wesker doesn't interact at all with claire in cv meaning wesker didn't slap her or beat up chris at the end of the game
Alexia actually beats wesker up and instead of him saying "you're coming with me" like he does in cvx he says " wOAH, What Power!" and when he gets hit a second time he just leaves you can also look this scene up
in cvx where he says "chris.. oh little fish come see my hook" in cv he just says "chris?! you're here?!" which makes sense why in cvx the animation didn't fit well
a fun fact about cv and cvx only the japanese version has a difficulty setting and on the dreamcast versions if you play on very easy you get an infinite rocket launcher along with infinite ink ribbons other versions of very easy just give the ink ribbons
I think I've said enough because I have to recommend going to THEGAMERSHANKSTER channel to see the scenes of all the mini dialogue stuff basically all the other stuff I failed to mention and also the stuff I have mentioned, you should go to these video specifically "Let's Fully Play Resident Evil Code: Veronica X | Epilogue + Extras" and "Resident Evil Code: Veronica X | Optional Dialogues" these videos are where I got most of my info from Annnd from the channel Raccoon City Cinema's video with "Resident Evil CODE: Veronica: Secrets from the Japanese Strategy Guide" I just have to give credit where it's due
And if you want to know about the code veronica book I have somethings to say about it BUUUUUT there is a person on youtube who made their own version of an audio book for code veronica I think the actual person who did (kuki217) separated the video per chapter but for some reason they didn't put it into a playlist someone else did put them all in a playlist and some other person compiled them into one big video that reaches almost 6 hours & a half admittedly the code veronica book is weird especially wesker with that one infamous line because HE IS NOT wesker how he was portrayed was laughably bad but if you brace yourself you'll have a fun time making fun of it or sharing your grievances with a friend as I did because I do have to say the author did some things better than the game but then again I have to say some things were just worse but all in all I had fun

I really hope RE: Code Veronica will receive some love from Capcom in the form of a remake. It's long overdue already!

I love Steve Burnside. It's cool to see a RE character who actually has a unique personality and not just your normal/average boring male RE character like Chris. It's cool and trendy to diss on Steve though, however Capcom definitely threw his character under the bus on purpose with his voice actor and dialogue, but it's still a breath of fresh air to have an RE character like Steve who stands out from the rest and I hope he ends up marrying Claire in the end! 😁👍Leon and Chris are so uber serious and Steve sort of has that Leon look and so I think it makes his character more effective in the long run to make him a unique/different type of guy. JMO.

When it comes to RE, I can never bring myself to hate all the cheesyness, I just eat that stuff up and love every minute, I actually find it hard to make fun of because I love it so much and Steve, I may not like him as a person but I can't help but love him at the same time.

I just wanna say this before certain people show up : there's a popular myth that Code Veronica was supposed to be the true RE3 but got pushed off by a spin-off that became Nemesis. That's a half-truth at best.
You see Code Veronica was always meant to be a spin-off (albeit it's on par with the mainline games), SEGA specifically requested a Dreamcast RE exclusive.
What makes this whole thing a half-truth is that there *was* a spin-off game repurposed to be RE3 Nemesis. That spin-off would basically be RE Outbreak, a story about some survivors trying to escape the city. The original scrapped idea for actual RE3 was basically Revelations 1 with HUNK. It was scrapped due to PS2 being close to its launch and Capcom not willing to split the trilogy between two generations

Well, I'm cautious about any future REmakes, since 2-4 have the same problems with cutting too much and making characters worse.
I think we will be pretty safe with Code Veronica since there are some parts of the game that are kinda optional, so if they cut them out then not much will be lost. And there's no possible way to make Steve worse. Though I'm pretty sure cross-dressing Alfred will be no more.
RE0 - I think that game needs to be remade completely in its entirety. Like give us the story of Bravo team. The original RE0 story is bullshit and kinda disrupts the continuity. I mean judging by what Rebecca did in 0 she would solo the Spencer Mansion before Alpha Team could show up.
The first REmake - I will burn Capcom's HQ to the ground if they dare touch it. It's the best remake of all time and they should not ruin it for "modern audiences"
@steelbear2063 I agree RE 0 can use a remake, but something else I slightly disagree with, but I will admit something just doesn't make sense. Depending on how the player plays the game, Rebecca might not fight a single hunter. You can send billy in to get the water emblem key then fight those hunters, you can send billy on the upper path in the area after the bat boss to fight the hunters in the breeding room, and he can kill the hunters in the hall in the final big area. Nit pick I know, but I concede it makes no sense why she could potentially have a grenade launcher, magnum or shotgun but only has a pistol come spencer mansion. One the no concerns for CVX remake, I don't know since remake 2 cut infected birds from the game giving me the impression the bats could be cut, and both remake 2 and Remake 3 cut the spiders making me wonder if they'll cut them again for CVX remake.

I got halfway through on the ps4 release before I released I didn't have enough ammo for the boss on the helicopter 💔 fair play to you for getting it done 💪🏻
Luckily I had viewers giving me some tips here and there or else I would of been screwed. I heard you can soft lock yourself into some fights without enough ammo so that's rough. Hope you get round to finishing it!

Steve is an experiment of Umbrella where they created a male clone of Jojo Siwa in case she didn’t make it in the industry. Unfortunately he ended up on the cast of a resident evil game

Goddamnit the M100p are not fucking uzis! Every damn streamer/youtuber keeps calling them that and as a gun guy it pisses me off. Those are the Calico M100P pistols. They are the handgun version of the m100 assault rifle which has a helical magazine design. This gives them their unique look. The AR has 100 rounds in the mag and I think the pistols had 50 or 100 rounds. Fun gun but the magazine is prone to feeding failures
Thanks for letting me know but I'll be honest, I couldn't give a shit about guns 😂 I'm sure 99% of the streamers/youtubers don't either, which is why we don't know/or say it wrong. If it was a guns channel then fair enough but we are just playing games and that is the only exposure to guns we get 😅
