CJ Stroud is so damn accurate & composed too. He plays like a 10 year vet. Watch Texans games he basically never throws a bad ball. Everything is extremely catchable, tight spiral, in the best place for the WR to grab it. He's f*ckn impressive man. If they fluster him this Sunday we really got something going downhill. I hope the crowd in attendance understands how important they can be & really get loud when Houston's offense is on the field. Sam works and has always worked with Carson Palmer’s Brother. Sam was shell shocked being thrown out on the field with the Jets. No Talent No Organization. Bottomline no one would have succeeded in NY. Carolina was another tough situation. Is Sam blameless NO, but it’s not a shock that he is playing well. He is so damn class never makes excuses for the past. Also you can see he still has the belief and determination to be great!
It's hard to find good QB talent at such a cheap price. You get to upgrade the roster at so many other positions with the money saved. Look at all these teams paying top dollar for mediocre QB's while the rest of their roster struggles.

His third year he played through an injured shoulder and was a shell of himself as the team didn't live up to expectations and after the season the team cast him aside. He's been healthy the last few years now and playing for a good team and look at what's happening. Cleveland got what they deserved by letting him go and chasing after Watson. Good luck with that Cleveland. You can't tell me that most Browns fans wish they would've been more patient with Baker Mayfield.
Maybe JJ injury was a blessing for Sam. As soon as we draft JJ all the focus was when will he start. Not taking anything away from JJ because he had a great preseason.
