Thank you! We made everything fresh but we were prepping things for about two days before hand and then some on the actual day of the wedding! I can't quite remember how many this one was for but i think probably about 120 guests?
It depends on a few things, as a wedding supplier we would always have to liaise with the venue and wedding planner to get a slot to come and set up, it's usually shortly before the guests arrive :)
