Good gracious🙌. Such breathtaking pans knock me out of my socks 💨🧦. If I found such spots here in Switzerland, I would pitch my tents right away and would never leave there again🤣 It was a lot of fun watching. Good job Glenno💪👍. Best regards from The Gold Buddies🤜🤛
Thanks Gold Buddies I must check your page 👍👌
My old town where I grew up and did lots of gold panning with Peter Ramsay who lived at Rosehill opposite Phillip s old house witch now is ken the Irishman s house the others have all passed away

Awesome video i passed through wattle on friday after a day sluicing on the turon was to meet up with phil saturday afternoon but got a message when i got some coverage as you know its very much no coverage there are spots. Very sad to hear David hope all the best
Who knew I'm already subing ya lol happy gold happy hobbie

Yup least we know gold still around
You had a good time and got some really pretty gold. Well done!
Yeah, it is so rounded and solid. Hasn't been beaten by river rocks yet I guess.
Not big but solid good weighing gold
Great pan 👍🤓
Thanks 👍😎
Хай! 👍
Thanks👍👍
Nice work mate👍🏻
Thanks 👌✔
🙋👍🖐️
Thanks👍
Great gold glenno 👌
I have a mate who owns’s property at Wattle Flat......
He won’t let me detect there lol, but panning is ok.
Nice upload mate 🍺😎
Not great for the Monster though better for an SDC
great mates - hate to know what your enemies think of you
@@mohammednovalija he is a good mate and I understand why he wants to keep the couple of acres of nuggety ground for himself and his retirement.... its because we will get all the detectable gold haha and he knows it.
I don’t mind panning there its a very rich creek.
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting same as the common at wattle flat, bulk ironstone gravels and the monsters dont like it.
Even my GPX isnt happy there either.
@@adzoutnabout8666 I don't think its a matter of him allowing you to pan the creek
He may own the land surrounding the creek , but pretty sure you cannot own a creek
Thank you for sharing! Where abouts is the location of the first creek? It looks stunning!
Sorry can never give these details away otherwise these places just get smashed too many people at once
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting I completely understand - thank you anyway!
Hi, we are loving all of your prospecting videos. My wife keeps telling me she wants to learn how to prospect for gold. It doesn’t matter how hard or hot, she said she would spend all week loving it. So I gave in and just booked a tour with Phil after seeing this video. Are you doing tours too, if so how does one book one with you too? A big thanks!
Phil is your man as i don't live there just a holiday house and u learn a lot in one day and get to use a Rocker cheers Glenno
Get Down And Dirty Prospecting... copy that. So glad you recommended Phil’s tours as we have been wondering where is best place to start. He filled me in and has picked out a spot where 4x4 vehicles are needed to get to it. It should be a good day out.
@@raydavies2545 Let me know how u went cheers
nice m8
Thanks Goldy
Noice!
Thanks👍
Hello👋👋👋👋👋

Hi Glenn I sent that man a message but have not heard back from him
Google Sofala gold and give him a ring not mobile as no service and after 6
I would guess them lizards were Cunningham Skinks
They were dark brown with light coloured spots
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting Hmm - I erred - They musta bin a family of the Spotted Brown Rock Crawlers then
How is it possible to score 0.2 grams in a single pan , and to choose to move elsewhere ?
I myself would keep going until daylight stopped burning
Lol will get back for sure But I always have another spot on my mind
So...we can drive to Sofala and walk up any goldy looking creek off a road?
On Crown land we can if u have a permit and rivers and creeks are supposed to be crown land but some farmers might think otherwise and barbed wire and shotguns can make it hard sometimes so getting permission helps
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting Thanks Glen. Im a Queenslander. There's little prospecting offically allowed up here on state land. Even Tasmania lets its citizens enjoy the outdoors with a gold pan more than Qld...from what i can see on Tassie Boys (YT) etc. I didn't really think you had carte blanche either. Its the number of places you access that i was having trouble understanding.
It is getting harder in NSW that’s for sure
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting i have a business relationship with my own state gov around state forests and they have always been very helpful. Nothing to do with mineral rights. But slowly they are tightening everything up. It seems to me they dont even like it themselves, they wont even have a job soon. An obvious policy would be to grant more recreational access on crown lands if people agree to a decent educational course on the environment which will help them to understand ecology and care for it. Ok I've said my bit. Always enjoy watching your adventures Glen, simple fun the old gold panning gig, it never gets old.
Hi mate , do you need a licence to pann or detect in your district
Permits for HillEnd and state forests and that’s it as far as I know
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting that’s what I thought but others are saying you need a permit to fossick around Sofala. I didn’t agree.
Have you had much rain at the moment to fossick your area. Thanks . Enjoyed your videos !!
All the creeks have enough water and the river are good to go
Glenno, Cunningham’s skinks.
They live in a family group up to about 20 and they have spiny tails to help stop them from being dragged out from under rocks.
Thanks someone else said that hope u enjoyed watching cheers Glenno
