Hi Glenn, nice video. Looks like a huge flood and plenty of spots to have a dig. Love the idea of a swim, we do the same. As long as you have a good time. Have a nice week, Natalie🙋🏻♀🌞🌺
Second time I've watched this video. Thanks for the great filming and the explanations of the river flows. One day, I'll get out there and have a go. My closest place is Oallen Ford, Shoalhaven River. Nice rewards.
I grew up around the Central Tablelands. Done a fair bit of prospecting/fossicking the district from Trunkey & Tuena to the Turon & lower Macquarie. There's a multitude of districts of in between. Beautiful country. Makes me somewhat forlorn to wanting to visit the distict again. Thank you.
Yes I did hear that Kirk Cancer ♋️ takes so many of us even my dad and Bob did leave comments on a lot of my videos it’s sad to see we lose one of our prospecting family
Howdy glenno great to see a big river on here. Not too many videis of big rivers in your area. You found some decent gold too. . Started raining on you a bit there but good thing it stopped. Thanks fir bringing us along
Very enjoyable Glen. You really have great skills at seeking out the gold. Just got back from the turon and sluiced two tonne of dirt for barely a couple grams of gold. Such a pity the rubbish people leave around the turon. The were plastic meat packs, baby nappies, cigarette butts, beer bottles...you name it. And I felt bad about the dirt we were sluicing. Tried big oakey and my old friend had a block and tackle. We moved a big boulder in a good spot but nothing. He has almost two ounces but he's been there for months. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks Neil Big Oaky can be a bit of hit and miss .I usually walk on a Chinese water race from up the hill and it’s a level walk about a kilometre or 2 when u hit the creek it blows me away how much work has been done there over the last few years
Nice relaxing couple of days prospecting Glenno , that's what you gotta do sometimes , suss out and line up a spot to hit seriously latter on . And that last place looked like the Ducks nuts , wow !!!! it was jam packed with crevices , keep you goin for months . Looking forward to seeing you give that a hit , but hell yeah would be real slippery alright . take care , Cheers Ned .👌👍✌
Very nice Glenn, I spent last week on the Turon, good water level, very clean and excellent weather. Did a bit of exploration for next trips, my old haunts have continued to pay and I did my first sniping which was fun and just right on the warmer days. Weather permitting, I will be back out next weeks. Yep, I can see you had a good trip, difficult to go wrong this time of year.
That makes a day great,it's never worth getting upset about losing something, all you can do is laugh about it and carry on,you may find it if you return, floating things can get caught up an beached
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting that's incredible here in Indiana, the USA, I gotta work pretty hard and happen into a pretty good spot to find .2 in an afternoon 4-5 hours of panning ,we got gold it's fun to find 98%fine four gold ,every now and then we find a picker, and really good spots will have some bigger flour and dingers ,you guys down there for really diverse prospecting areas really cool thank you again for your work in bringing the fun

Cool experience! You are going to get a lot of gold this year.
You could say that just had a five day detecting fun 124 nuggets and pickers
Some of the nicest looking spots. If you are swimming ,you might as well use goggles and snorkel and explore in that clear water.
Sniping paradise that spot for sure
