Thank you for this information. I will be visiting Universal early next year. I’m disappointed to learn that Universal doesn’t offer paper maps. The tiny maps on the app are difficult for those of us who can’t see small things very well. Also, it’s hard to see which direction to go as I enter the parks to head toward the rides I’m looking for. I did find some maps online, but I’m struggling to get them to print on one page. I just wish Universal had the option to get a paper map for those of us who are visually impaired.

If you still have to print the tickets, why would you need them in the app? Why not put the information in the app and scan that way? Seems like an unnecessary extra step.

Hi, so to confirm you need the ticket numbers on the back of the hard tickets in order to put them in the APP. I agree it's an extra step and you don't have to do that however some of our clients who visit for multiple days do prefer it that way!
