Hester what a fantastic review and demonstration! I love the fact that you are so aware of little imperfections now that you are restoring tools and can point out an issue immediately!!!! Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!

Depending on what you do, you should like it for pulling things ....like screws out of tires which is not whaat I purchased them for. Originally bought Vampliers with no regrets. But when I saw these I couldn't resist. Almost anything can get a smooth nail out of a tire. But a #14 screw? Was able to twist and pull the screws out of the tires (yes, oddly more than once) with these. Works like a champ for intended use as well. I got the Knipex with a comfort grip which i think helps if you really have to struggle

It looks like they are cheaper than the vampliers which I didn't think we're that expensive last time I looked I might get a pair to keep in my bag I wonder about a pocket size I carry the small cobras I may consider switching to these once they make a small one

You read my mind! Myself and a lot of other people are hoping for both a slightly longer version, and more importantly a pocket size! I feel like a 5 inch would be perfect sitting next to my cobra’s in my pocket

I really don't get why everyone has trouble saying Knipex. It's said exactly how it's spelled, k n i p e x, no silent letters. Anyway, can't wait to get my pair with the 2 color comfort grips! I've had them ordered for what seems like forever now, gonna be great!

@@scrambler350 Right. I ordered mine from Amazon because it was the cheapest, $34 I think it was. They sent me an update the other day saying sometime in October. Knipex is saying about the same thing. Whenever it is it's too long cause I can't wait to play with them lol.

I was thinking of getting these but they’re like over $50 on Amazon! Why does my much bigger Cobra’s cost like $30 on Amazon but these are over $50?! My bigger more complicated with comfort grip Knipex “pliers wrench” were like $54, that makes sense, but these are simple pliers. I might as well buy those stout Snap-On pliers with the talon grip for $55. Where are you finding them for around $30?

So I bought mine off a site called the Jersey discount tool company. I bought them on pre-sale for 35, I just looked now and he has them up for 40 but is currently out of stock. I didn’t realize they were getting that much more expensive, that is definitely more than I’d like to spend

You did have time to say it right. 3rd time was right, the 'K' is not silent and it's 'i' as in 'in', not as in 'night'. It's spelled by Germans so they decided how to pronounce it. Nice pliers.

@@hester781 Yes I know. It was a play on words because the first comment said they were basically Vampliers.
