That hobo knife looks very much like Boker’s version. The Boker is jointed together and come apart in three pieces to use the utensils individually. Apply pressure to each side in opposite directions...I bet it comes apart.
I have a few of these bags best haversack I have had so far fits my ways and needs perfect Thats the key gotta find what fits you Thanks for this series
Hey Tim, after I saw your Clean Canteen bottle I remembered that Dave Canturbery said that those bottles are compatible, so if you have a metal one you can put it on the Pathfinder bottle 😉, and yeah get rid of that bulky emergency tarp and go with a solid one 😁🤙🤙🤙
Great updates on Bag 2, perhaps some improvement on first aid & ways to catck & cook item. Looking forward to the next vid. Cheers mate from Australia.
When I worked at home depot, they issued gloves for us to use for handling lumber. When I asked them if I could just use leather gloves, they said no because the home depot orange and white gloves they issue are cut proof meaning that you can't cut through them. They sell those gloves too.
I'll be the guy. But, no. If you have one thing in there, then you can get 2 things in there. And before you know it you're going to just use a backpack. Never liked haversacks. Sorry.

Oh man. As you wrote that and then I read it. I think I remember you’re exactly right. That’s why this community is so great. Teaching one another.
17:50 And I'm that guy. 😁 I've actually got the bag sitting in front of me right now. Thanks again for it Tim.
A Leatherman wave,Morakniv Knife, and a folding saw are the cutting tools in my bushcrafting pack.
I have a Exotac fire roll kit too, and I can’t recommend it enough!! The possibilities are endless with all the available pockets!!

Been fun to do this.
Love this series, Tim.
Thanks man. It’s been fun to do in the Cher, and I’ve been learning along the way.
Thanks Tim for this series. It gives me plenty of ideas for a quick and lightweight bag to take out for a day hike.
I purchased three bags and it is my favorite.
Nice! Great bags.
What's the size differences? I agree with you, the fire kit is very large. In the paranoid holder, try a minibic. Looks like a good fit.
I had a few people recommend that, so I tried it, but they still don’t fit.
Nice kit, all my haversacks are military surplus, they work just great , they are very tough and inexpensive, following this series
Agreed. Very inexpensive and solid products.
You seem organised mister
Liking the bread bag
Thanks for sharing 🙏
Thank you for this the scouts in upper New Hampshire are learning from this. Please keep safe out there.
Lots of groovy gear there!

Looks good 👍 Can't wait for the test of this bag 😊
You should add some small candles (or one) like the nano candle from exotic to use as a flame extender/light, etc.
