You need to put the roof in service position and clear the drains both sides near the the rear roll bar mounts in the foam trays as this is usually where the water under the seat comes from. Edit: 2 minutes further into the video you checked them 😂
Fantastic video I have the same problem I this is the only video with a lot a detail I have a question do you submerge the board completely on the solution or just half way please let me know thank you great video 👍👍👍👍
I submerged it entirely in the glass pyrex for about 30 mins before brushing off the corrosion and being sure to let the "dirty/corroded" IPA drip off so that it didn't evaporate leaving the deposits in place
@@gearswitch5692does the module control the door locks? I guess you could install a after market remote to the door looks to resolve the problem. Great to hear it’s running good.
@@Wantobe123 Yep, the module is technically called Central Locking Unit and a lot of the car's security features are controlled by it. But I can't complain- this is the 90% fix at only a fraction of the cost compared to other more professional fix options
Nice one, might be worth getting a car cover there.

@@gearswitch5692 thank you
Curious if any gremlins returned or all is still good.
@@Wantobe123 It runs flawlessly, no different than before the water damage. However, I’m having an issue with the door locks that I need to get sorted

@@gearswitch5692totally agree because you could do a work around for less than 50 bucks on the locks. Cheers.
