could you please explain how do i connect sql developer as i followed the same steps and installed the 19c and apex s/w. and i am able to connect sql plus but not able to connect the sql developer, could you please explain how do i connect the sql developer.
Apex 21.1 and Express release 20.1 is not available on line now a days, can I use the latest version what available now. Please let us know
