- How to make a chair out of 2l plastic bottles:
What you will need (If doing the hexagonal design):
38 Bottles to make a big chair
14 Bottles to make a small chair
Duck Tape
Scissors
Foam
Material
Step 1:
Collect Bottles
Step 2:
Create the base
Cut the tops of the bottles of ( just above the label)
Insert the second bottle into the cut bottle
Repeat until you have the desired amount of bottles
Step 3:
Arrange in a shape of your choice (We used an octagonal structure)
Step 4:
Duck Tape together
Step 5.1:
Add foam (Custom cuts or trace the shape on the foam and cut along the lines)
Step 5.2:
Add Material of your choice

Nice, to make it even better. Wrap the body with card board then 1/2 inch foam. Cover with the fabric and, then use some of the bottle covers as legs or whatever you wish. The bottom will remain clean and not fray from being on the ground/ floor.
This is way too cool, I've been wanting to make this but don't drink enough pop to collect, but I did just come across a bunch of 2 liters and I'm able to make these cute foot stools/chairs.
