Lund is the authority for all mustang tuning today. Other shops have payed them to tune their cars and then ripped tunes off and called them their own 🤣. Dudes know their way around the coyote platform.

@@coyotefury did you ever try Nitto 555r2? Curious to see if they are comparable to Michelin PS4S. Trying to avoid full drag radial set up so I can still street it but if I must do DR then I’ll look into options
@Red5oh I haven't myself but i know several track guys that have. They definitely don't hook as good as a mickey or Hoosier, especially at big power levels. They are probably a good street/strip option tho
I just lost over 100 hourse power on my roush phase 2 charger with new lund tune, charger was over 720hp now 600hp with new gt500 fuel nozzles performance plugs, and kook headers. Anyone now? Why? Does the PCM need to re calibrate?
Weird question. Is skip shift disabled by the tune. I can’t stand that function because specifically when cold, the shifts from like 2-4 are trash. I want it to run through all gears.
I’ve read that the EPA gets their fuel economy rating on these cars using 93 octane. The car will already run on 93 octane very well so what is the team doing?
I think power wise probably 15rwhp or so. But in normal mode (D selector) it’s a lot more responsive. Think of sport mode throttle response without constant rev match downshifting that Sport mode does. I can definitely feel the difference from 3k rpm onwards. Pulls strong all the way to redline! I recommend it for drivability alone
Right on! About time lol ive been waiting till i buy a supercharger to get lund tuned but the drivability of the 10 speed stock tune i dont love so might have to get a tune sooner. Does the transmission feel a lot better?
Yeah the transmission is much more responsive especially in normally mode (leaving shifter in D instead of S). I’m sure I didn’t gain much power in a pretty stock car but drivability is better
Hey, just noticed your interior and the 401A pckg, I asked about S550 vs S650 on your last video and I’m wondering do you like the infotainment and dash better in your premium s550 or do you like the new s650 interior more?
I think I prefer the dash of S550 over S650 as the digital dash has some depth in S550 whereas S650 look like a tablet. Also with S650 you’ll notice while the screen is big, not all of it is actually so you have some dead space. As for the sync4/infotainment screen, S650 is much better

How do you feel about the paddle shifter extensions after having them for a while now? Im debating getting these but I feel like im not gonna like them after a few weeks

I simply asked them I plan to tune them and I have had transmission issues so I am hesitant my service advisor noted unless I am doing a crazy tune with supercharger/turbo, they would still honor the warranty
I would get that in writing; Ford could tune also for more power; but they purposely tune for longevity, powertrain durability, and mileage has to be considered as well, as they will have thousands of cars out there and cannot have early warranty claims coming in for early engine failures, Don't think the company would willingly take back transmissions if they know engine mod's , including tuners, have been implemented,.
