This just shows “you’re not ugly you’re poor” and I’m not trying to say she was ugly- she was perfectly fine and beautiful, but you know what I mean
Yea, we know what you mean. Thank you, we appreciate your sense of humor.
Absolutely perfect results. This is one of my favourite "after" photos. She's so happy that she's radiant 😊
Thank you so much!
It’s not “perfect.” She has a clear dentofacial deformity, and she’d look better if she addressed that. However, most don’t seem to be aware, and then those that are, don’t want to go the orthodontic and orthognathic route anyway, so they go the cosmetic surgery route instead.
Looks beautiful.
Thank you so much
This doctor found his calling! Great work! She looks different but still like herself✨😻👏🏾
Thank You so much!!
She looks amazing. I had lipo on my neck at 50. It takes Year's off your face! You look Beautiful.
Yes absolutely, thank you so much
letting go of the fear of aging will do that too.
I didn’t know they could lipo the neck! That’s awesome!
I wonder how much this would cost…
Fantastic work and she looks gorgeous! For everyone commenting about weight, she had a receding chin - weight-loss would not have changed the underlying structure. Thank you to the patient and surgeon for sharing.
Thank you so much and you are correct.
She’s beautiful
Thank you so much
Beautiful results, look natural ❤
Thank you so much
Very subtle and beautiful results! I’m extremely impressed, and so happy for her.
Thank you so much!
OMG absolutely amazing!🌹💞💯
Thank you! Cheers!
Yeah, it looks good
Thank you so much
Very good work. She looks so much younger.
Thank you
She looks naturally prettier!!
Agreed
Wow..nice❤
Thanks 😊
Will it come back if the person doesn’t lose weight?
Thank you for your question. When we remove fat, the fat cells in that specific area are permanently removed and do not come back. However, if a person gains weight, they may notice fat distribution in other areas of the body. The permanence of the results can vary depending on the amount of weight gained, so maintaining a stable weight is important for the best long-term results
Wow, she looks SO good! What a difference. I'm really happy for her!
Thank you so much
Wow is that expensive?
She is beautiful and this surgery came out natural with stunning results ❤
Thank you so much
Pictures look better ooooohhhh that's a real reason to get an operation like this. Wonderful honesty.... why are these people called patients? They are clients
I'm thinking it's because although it is cosmetic in nature, it's still a surgical procedure.
@@angelamitchinson8439 yes. Thank you for your reply. It would make sense from this perspective.
Thank you so much. to answer your question The terms "patient" and "client" are often used interchangeably in various healthcare settings, but they have distinct connotations and implications:
Patient - Typically refers to someone receiving medical treatment or care, often in a clinical or hospital setting.
Client - Generally used to describe someone who is seeking services, which can include professional advice, consultation, or non-medical services.
We hope this helps.
@@lpaesthetics2057 Thank you very much for your detailed and educational answer. Have a lovely day!
Wow! She looks great and natural (like herself).
She looks younger now.
Thank you for the video.
Thank you so much
The surgeon did a great job!
Thank you
She looks great❤
Thank you so much
Gorgeous honey!!!
So happy for YOU! ❤️👍🏻
Thank you so much!!
Gorgeous!
Thank you! 😊
Surely she could have achieved better chin definition just by dieting? Cheaper too!
Thank you for your perspective. While a healthy diet and exercise are important for overall well-being, they may not always target specific areas of concern like chin definition. Genetics and other factors can play a significant role in how and where our bodies store fat. Our procedures are designed to help patients achieve their desired look when other methods may not be effective. We always recommend a holistic approach to health and beauty.
There are a lot of exercises I do for the jawline and general definition.
Beautifully done. She’s still looks like herself.
Thank you so much
Wonderful! So happy for her!
Us too!
She looks absolutely amazing, natural results 😊
Thank you! 😊
Looks so much younger from the side!! ❤❤❤
She looks great!❤
Wow, beautiful!
Thank you! 😊
I want this procedure!!! Thanks for sharing

I want to do that too! I am 47

She looks GREAT.
Thank you so much

Oh wow!
Thank You
Looks great!
Thank you so much
I'm almost 48, and I really want to get this done too
You should if you really want to.
great side profile!
Thank you so much
Pictures look better... that's the most important." Oh geez, we've lost the plot.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. While aesthetic improvements are a key aspect of our work, our primary goal is to help our patients feel confident and happy in their own skin. Every individual’s journey is personal, and we strive to support their choices and well-being. We appreciate your input!
@@lpaesthetics2057 That boilerplate reply doesn’t address the comment. Your client was clearly saying that what matter most to her was how she looks in photos. Sadly, I doubt she is alone in that or even rare. The fact that so many people are getting major surgery and spending big percentages of their savings in order to look better in photos is extremely sad to me. Common, yes… desirable for society… no.
@@lpaesthetics2057How often do you tell people they need a consult for orthodontics and orthognathics? Sone of these cosmetic surgeries are bandaids for dentofacial deformities.
I think my reply got nuked… or it’s an extreme lag time. I get your concern, but my biggest issue is cosmetic surgeons being a bandaid for people with dentofacial deformities. How many of them actually tell their patients their cosmetic issues are orthodontic snd orthognathic in nature? About 0 percent? Because then they’d lose business? I’ve been seeing this for a long time, and it is disturbing.
With kindness, who are you to state what another individual’s “plot” is and what it’s supposed to be? This woman didn’t get any radical extreme procedure. She also CLEARLY STATED that she feels better, the photos was a continuation of that sentence when voicing her completely validated feelings about HERself, her life and happiness, and results. We all have seen surgery go too far for some, and a lot of younger people going overboard, this isn’t one of those cases. I found your two comments here quite callous.
How much $$$ ?
Hello the price is affected by many different factors we recommend giving us a call for more details: 650-327-3232
I need that. I look like her before picture
Would love to have this done
Let us know when you're ready we'll be here
Ficou linda ❤
If she lost weight overall I think that double chin would have disappeared
Agreed
Not really !! You are just jealous she was able to get her surgeries
@@Zoolama34709exactly 😂😂😂 I’m calling out all the haters
@@Zoolama34709 have you ever analyzed the faces and necks of people pre and post weight loss?
It would help, but her recessed jaws are the main cause.
Nice
Thanks
Where did you get this done x

Thank you! 😊
Shouldn't she loose more weight, before surgery ??
❤❤❤❤
Nice.
If she had lost weight most likely it would have gone away on its own.

Oh yeah, saggy skin will go away when she lost weight 😂😂😂 genius
She was beautiful with the aristocratic receded chin!

Why do I think she is a teacher?
Not sure, maybe by her super calm demeanor
I wish
Perhaps she could have achieved similar results with overall weight loss?
We're you at
We are located in Palo Alto California, we also have a location in Los Gatos
Nice to see a subtle result. A lot of Drs are giving women these big, masculine chins now and I don’t like it at all.
Thank you
Should of went to Dr. Truesdale
Thank you for your input. We respect all skilled surgeons in our field, including Dr. Truesdale. Our priority is always to provide the best care and results for our patients, and we're proud of the work we do here. We appreciate your engagement and support
She looked great before. This only makes sense if she had issues eating or something.
In which case, she’d need braces and jaw surgery… which spoiler alert, those were her real issues, not the need for a chin implant.
She could’ve achieved the same results by losing 30 pounds 🤷🏽♀️
Beautiful but I think 🤔 she could have gotten a similar result with lifting weights and a high protein low carb diet.
Not saying it doesn’t look good but let’s face it, we are being told as you age you look bad and you will not be happy or like yourself so you need to have expensive surgery to try to hold onto your youth.
Guess what no amount of money or surgery is going to stop you from aging & your body from changing.
What will it be next that isn’t right on her that she feels unhappy about because society & plastic surgeons tell her it looks bad?
Instead of promoting surgery to make you feel happy about yourself we need to promote it’s ok to age we all are doing it & its normal & isn’t something we should look at as bad or ugly.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. We completely understand and respect your viewpoint on aging. At L&P Aesthetic's we believe in promoting self-confidence and well-being, whether through natural aging or cosmetic procedures. Our goal is to help individuals feel their best, whatever that means for them personally. Everyone's journey is unique, and our aim is to provide options and support for those who choose them. Aging is a natural and beautiful part of life, and we celebrate that in all its forms. 😊✨
What ever happened to being satisfied with what you got? Vanity is everywhere, you could have helped out a homeless person or a pregnancy center with the money you wasted on your vanity! Vanity is one of the 7 deadly sins. My how people forget.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. We understand that cosmetic procedures aren't for everyone, and it's important to find what makes you feel confident and happy. Many of our patients choose these treatments to improve their self-esteem and well-being. Additionally, our practice often participates in charitable activities and community support. Everyone's journey is unique, and we respect all viewpoints.
You will need it again every five years.
Who said that?
Face doesn't quite fit the body now... 🫣
Really why not? She’s gorgeous. She doesn’t need to be a stick. Would love to see what YOU look like
