I truly will never understand why anyone would want to make themselves look 20 years older, sickly, and dead faced.

I think the hallowed faces are the result of being underweight or losing too much while in Ozempic, not typical for other weight groups.
I had plenty of buccal fat in my 20s, I now have hollow cheeks in my 30s. You never know what your body is going to do.
They are going to want that fat back around 40 and up

Sorry, but when you get older, the face naturally hollows out. At that point they’ll want the fat back. I say, just stop messing with nature. Also, how are you a medical doctor and not discouraging this? Seems super predatory to take advantage for financial gain. I pray more wake up and love themselves without the superficial exterior world judgement.
It's scary and deeply concerning how vain society has become. I know its always been vain and people getting work done is nothing new but ....its overboard at this point. There are countless women going under the knife these days and some even losing their lives. I really think there are ways around this kind of stuff that's more natural and also safe. Its always easier to just love yourself as you are 😢

Eventually that’s going to make your jowls sag more and faster. That’s a silly and unnecessary surgery. Welp they will eventually find out!
Well I have an 86 year old aunt and her jowls are so big and fat because of her buccal fat. Looks like bilateral mumps.

I'd get this if i wanted to look like the fucked up gaunt little goblin men i make in videogames. Not even being sarcastic, it seems like the best way to do that. Otherwise though I'd rather fight a bear and survive, at least id have a cool story for why i look like shit.
