Hi! The chain tensioning shoes were in good condition. As for the bolt, you're right. We did not realize that. Thank you for your comments. 👉 facebook.com/AjusaSpain/
Hi there:) In my audi a4 b6 2001y 1.8t i need to clean lifters. When i drain oil and clean spring Inside lifter the next step should be to add oil inside lifter or engine refill it automaticly??? And when I put back lifters again into engine I should wait 30-60 min before start engine? (I hear that it can damage engine if I didnt wait 30 or more minutes) waiting for answer:)
Both procedures are possible. You can add oil inside the lifter before their installation and wait 30 minutes after installation before to start the engine. On the other hand, you can install them into the engine without oil inside and start the engine to help their oil refilling from the engine.
Hi Lucas! This part of the camshaft position sensor has a cotter joint, therefore there is no way to install incorrectly.
Hi! That depends on the reason why you change the lifters. If you change them for noise production and they have no wear in the base, it is not neccesary to change the camsahfts. if the lifters are worn, it will be neccesary to change lifters and also the camshafts. Too much gasket sealer. The excess simply squeezes into the oil return grooves in the double bearing block. And you used no sealer on the metal gasket...which always leaks if not used. And way too much lube.
excelent video!!
👍👍👍👏👏👏. BRAZIL.
Great vid. 👍
Hi! Thanks for your comment. Best regards
Why was not the chain Tensioner shoes replaced ? and at 6:19 dirt was introduced at the bolt . unless this is a junk motor to practice on ?

I have one question ? When you install a new lifters ,have you soak them in the oli over night or just lubricate then and install in engine ?
Hi! We always assembly them as we extract from the blister. It is not neccesary to do any more operation. Kind regards
