    💪 strengthen gluteus medius and gluteus maximus
    Such a versatile exercise that can be done in standing as well as supine and sitting and is often progressed with resistance loops around the thighs.
    Focus on getting the basics right first and then the world is your clamshell…..
    Use Pilates to underpin and support other activities such as skiing and Nordic walking! ⛷️
