Just got mine in the mail and it works !!! Totally saved my 249. I had bought a second 249 thinking I had bought a dud on the first go around and it was garbage too. After I installed the improved feed block she’s up and running can’t say thanks enough for your R&D On this piece it totally redeemed my gun thanks again!!!!!
This friday coming up i plan on ordering this for my featherlight along with the featherlight hop and a new bucking. I just did a Jack swap on it and it wont feed, the BBs just roll out of the barrel when firing. Do you think this will fix my issue? Any tips? Im on a bit of a time crunch before my first milsim event 😅 thanks in advance!
First you want to ensure you have the correct length nozzle for the featherweight. Then you want to ensure your fcu settings are correct and your psi is set. BBs rolling out of the barrel are often caused by: - Poor airseal between the nozzle and bucking lip. Ensure your nozzle is correct length. - Poor compression due to lack of retention from the bucking lip allowing the BB to roll down the barrel before firing, or a rip/ tear in the bucking. The lip might also be too long, resulting in the lip curling in as the bb feeds into the chamber, causing a slight jam, thus a poor compression/ obstructed shot. Choose an appropriate bucking! - Out of spec hop up chamber and/ or barrel not accepting buckings, causing them to fit incorrectly even when properly installed. New hop up chamber. - Installed incorrectly without silicone lube, or just poorly fitted by end user. Get good - Jack potentially has a defect/ damage and isn’t working correctly? Contact P* tech support. The feed block will not influence the compression of the system. The improved feed block expands compatibility with different hop chambers, outer barrels, mags, etc. while offering a more optimal feed path for the BBs so there aren’t feeding hiccups with lower tension magazines such as box mags, hi caps, etc. The BullGear hop up is a major improvement to the stock hop up for sure!
@@anttechairsoft Awesome. Thanks for the advice/tips! I have the #14 nozzle, so it should be the correct size. FCU settings are something I need to go through too. All lubed up as well. I had a feeling that the hop/bucking weren't optimal for this build, so I'm glad you recommended that too. Thanks again!
So if I wanted to buy the combo specifically for the featherweight, what "mods to the hop up" would need to be done, and is it mods to the stock or mods to the bull gear?
If you get the featherweight specific hop up by Bullgear, no modifications need to be made to the featherweight outer barrel or hop up. My improved feed block improves feeding in any case, but is 100% necessary should you choose to use an A&K/ CA spec hop up chamber. In this case, modifications would need to be made to that hop up, or you can avoid the mods by swapping outer barrels to the A&K/ CA spec outer barrel.
@@anttechairsoft got it to yea i just did a trade up challenge and traded up to a hpa featherweight m249 with feeding issues and needs a new bucking it has the stock hopup also how do u install without tearing the bucking?

By the looks of it, the Cybergun and S&T M249 are OEM by the same company. They appear to be identical. I have not held an S&T M249, but I would bet that my feed blocks will work with them!
Where can I purchase this !!! I’m on my second featherweight and it will not feed with a polarstar f2 and Bullgear HopUp or stock. Please help me save my 249
hi guys, I'm in Italy and I can't find your product for my S&T Featherweight. I had an improved hop up group from Epes airsoft installed, but without your upgrade I cannot have optimal functioning. How can I go about getting it?
This kit only includes the feed block and the extension tube for A&K spec hop ups. I do offer a bundle deal on my site should you want to also purchase the hop up unit. I carry BullGear M249 hop ups so the supply is limited and takes a few months to restock, so keep an eye out!
