- To make this delicious snack you will need:
For the Pastry dough:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 TBS sugar (optional)
1 tsp salt (not needed if you are using salted butter)
1 cup ice cold water( more or less )
To pre cook chicken:
1 lb chicken breast
5 whole all spice
2 bay leaves
1 TBS chicken bullion powder
For the filling:
Pre cooked shredded chicken
7 cloves garlic
2 weri weri pepper
1 onion chopped
1/4 cup scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 small vegetable or chicken bullion/or 1 large
1/2 potato cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp black pepperchen
1/2 cup peas
1/4 cup diced carrots
1 tsp tomato paste
1 TBS dark soy sauce
1 TBS sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt (use according to preference)
4 TBS olive oil (any oil of preference)
Bake at 350 Degree F for about 25 mins or until golden brown
