I didn't notice if you said you thought it was or wasn't a good idea to not reef using 20-20 hindsight. Was the extra speed v/s having to reef at 1am worth it, in this instance?? Thanks for sharing!

Not exactly sure. Will keep an eye out for the Black Krogen 38 while up in Maine though.
