I love how you don’t teach how to crochet on your tutorials. You show how to do the patterns and specific stitches but don’t make it drawn out with how to crochet . Thank you for making learning different patterns so much fun . This is sooooo pretty

I kept passing this tutorial up because I thought it looked too difficult. I just watched the whole thing and it's not as bad as I thought; especially since I wouldn't have a zillion tails to weave in. Game changer! And it's pretty.

I think this is the most beautiful blanket that you made, but I think that is because of the ice yarn. Those rainbow 🌈 colours and the black is a very nice contrast. The effect with solid colours isn’t the same. I love it ❤

Rewatching some of your blanket tutorials for my stitch sampler blanket I’m making. Thought I was going to use your ruffle border you used for your Houndstooth blanket but I forgot about this twisted double border so now I’m not sure which one I’ll use. Decisions decisions ….. probably do like you do somethings and decide when I get to it. Thank you Crystal for expanding my crochet experience and knowledge. Take care 💜
You are such a great teacher, thank you so much. I have learned the hard way by not looking at my Red Heart super saver ombre when you were talking about what you found I just assumed that it was only that color but like I said in another message. I had finished one half of my best and then had trouble with the second-half finally had it straight it was perfect same size but I had marked it on my tape measure the size so I didn't pay attention to the color that much cuz they came to pack and well it's a different color very very light compared to the first half. So again I will have to frog all of that. I had quite a few choice words as I was seeing the difference I was crying I was cussing going to fit I will never going to crochet again I won't do nothing but I can hear you saying just keep trying you'll get it so that's what I'm going to do I'm going to keep trying and I'm going to get it right and when I do I'm going to put it on and take a picture I can't wait, thank you Crystal for everything.
I made a blanket with white bricks and artist print (red heart) for mortar. Single stitch boarder with black and white. ❤❤❤❤

That Picasso yarn really goes well with black.
I don't use much black in my crocheting as I am not a big fan of it, but in this case I really like it.
I'm making my granddaughter a blanket for Christmas like this and calling it " stained glass". My youngest grandson loves all the different shades of blue, and am calling his " Waterfall". His will have outline of white, ice self stripping yarn in various shades of blue. I decided to go white as it reminds me of "foam" on the water. Crystal, you are an awesome teacher. ❤
So silly of me to be intimidated by this blanket, but I was. So stunning and looks so complex to make. But since it just kept popping up on my home page, I finally opened it and watched. You (as always) made it so easy and doable. By now, I certainly should have known you would break it down like the Crochet Queen that you are! Lesson learned. Def on my To Do List now. 💟
Wow, lovely blanket. I'm gonna make this for my daughter, just ordered that ice yarn. Very expensive. I plan a smaller blanket, around 36x60 inches, total for the ice yarn nearly £80 in the UK. Another £20 pounds for the black yarn. Expensive blanket.

I’m currently making a blanket using this pattern. Started after your original video for this stitch. I’m using different yarn though. It’s so easy. I only had to watch the tutorial a couple few times to memorize the rows. It reminds me of a stain glass window.
