You deserve a Mini Split AC in your garage. Mine is amazing. So quiet and can cool down an uninsulated garage with a hot car and 100deg high humidity summers with no problem.
Haha. I absolutely looked into it. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have a reasonable outdoor location for the Condenser. Gotta love the HOA. I do have a pretty good floor unit that is both heat and A/C with an inconspicuous vent to the outside... It's not quite, but it is effective. I can maintain 70 degrees pretty much all the time, so it was a good compromise.
Where do you live in North Carolina? I live in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I have a 1979 JPS . Everything is either broken or gone. Your videos are a great help.
Thanks for the reply. I'm just north of Raleigh. Did you get the one that was for sale recently? Can't remember which sites it was advertised on, but it was pretty rough.
I love this channel I just found it. I am about to start a restoration on a 1978 Esprit S2. The engine is open, and I need to adjust the valves and shims. How should I approach this? Is there also an Excel sheet available for the 907 engine?
Hi and thanks for the comment! Yes, I'd be happy to send you the spreadsheet for valve shim setting. The process is tedious, but easy. However, it will likely require shim sizes you don't have on hand, so much of the time is waiting for the correct shim sizes to be delivered. Happy to help, just send a pm.
@@west-cam Thank you so much! I tried to send you a private message on UA-cam but couldn’t figure it out. Then, I tried to post my email in the comments, but it keeps getting deleted. Do you have other social media platforms I can contact you on?
This is a great project. You should position your camera, where you are in the foreground working on the brake caliper, and the car can be seen behind you. Move that,.. whatever it takes, to get that view. Get that car in, literally, every shot! The top down bench view is too clinical.
I own a 1988 Esprit Turbo and I appreciate your video’s, very informative, thanks for uploading them💯

Good
No gasket between caliper and e-brake assembly?
Thanks for comment! Yes, there is one... I just installed it off camera.

Thanks for the comment. I'll experiment!
