Those who are getting some missing dll error. you Just have to copy that dll file name and download it from google once downloaded paste that .dll file ( only that .dll file not entire folder) in Traffic Monitor Folder where there is application

You can't install it as your processor doesn't support it. Meaning: you have an OLD PC.

In task manager 'processes' you see real time network usess (but not average, here showing as par task) than i think 🤔 for find any tool that "calculate network usess average (from task manager ) and showing in taskbar"
That is best because this provide without use network 😁

Did not work. Download OK. Unpak unzip worked. Run application from unzipped folder received an Error box - - [System Error - Code execution can not proceed because mfc140.dll was not found. Reinstalling program may fix this problem.] Might have something to do with Visual which I do not have installed on my computer. Win 10.
