You’re truly doing God’s work with ride share 😅 I don’t think I’ll ever have passengers in my car. Too many people taking advantage of us drivers and too many weirdos lol
I made an Instacart order last Sunday (Sept. 1, 2024). I was completely out of cat food so I ordered a bag of dry cat food, 4 cans of cat food and Chobani Non-fat Greek yogurt for the human! The fees are ridiculous but I gave the shopper a $10 tip. I am still waiting to have my knee surgery, no date yet. I am grateful for this time to get my house ready!
The fees are getting too outrageous it's squeezing customers and making it harder for them to be generous 😢 $10 is an amazing thank you for that! 🙏 And you will be ready when the surgery comes and you will come out ok 💪
I’ve been giving rideshare a break and doing more Spark and been doing pretty good! I still multi app when it’s slow with Ubereats and DoorDash. Plus it’s been nice not driving so many miles doing rideshare. Love your videos 😊🙏🏼
it's rough out there. Your Lyft story at the end really resonated, on Saturday I got my first negative review of the year on UE for a Sedanos 33min order for 11 bucks that got tip baited down to 2.53. customer was sitting at their front porch with an stand-off attitude, I didnt miss an item and got there on time and with a smile....it's a wake up call for me to keep pivoting my time to selling plants rather than be a delivery slave. The only benefit I get from UE/DD/IC is becoming a more patient and stoic person....deduct the mileage and the 30% self employment tax and there's almost no money left ..I can't justify spending more effort on it 😰
@@MommywithaCause evil folks out here fabricate false complaints along with a thumbs down in an attempt to get their order both delivered quickly AND reimbursed by Uber. A powertrip for customers, and some customers even see it as entertainment, like they are judges on American Idol ...we could use a little more kindness in this town that's for sure.
Jo ezzy don't kill your car. EBT is a good way to kill your car. If u r lucky and get great tips, but u know, how that goes. EBT 15.75 for 9 miles, let's say u make 10.00. EBO 15.75 for 9 miles, u make 15.75. Great video.
@jo_ezzy last week, I tried a night shift, great offers, but some area's was so dark, and everybody saying take a flashlight. People see me with a flashlight in the middle of the night, could be problems. Remember the vampires come out at night ha ha, be safe.
@jo_ezzy uber eats just came out with flat rates. Sounds like earn by time. Right now I don't think I can go back to the long drives anymore. Jo ezzy keep up the good work.
Earn by time is a bad business strategy if you are trying to limit mileage spent. In my market, I have driven so many miles on earn by time and the pay just doesn’t match. That’s why I will always camp at a hotspot and just wait, even on a slow day.
I did DD today $211 on pay by time, I can’t do pay by order because most of the places make you wait for orders or the clients make it difficult to complete the orders. The best thing for me is not even bother. My friend is different, she hates no tip or low tip orders so she does by order. The other day we worked the same hours in the same zone, I did by time and she did by order and we both did same amount of orders and make same amount of money.
That $11 rideshare downtown for almost an hour was nuts! I don’t do rideshare but can’t you refuse additional requests like that and risk the bad rating?
I don't do DD so I have no true knowledge of how it works. However, I think you'd be better off doing earn by offer and just do the good ones. I don't think your acceptance rate truly matters. There's just no way in hell I'd do an order for $4.
I'm currently doing DoorDash right now on earn by offer and I've been getting good offers but only because it's after 8pm in a Saturday night. During the day you won't get any offers at all with a low acceptance rate, DoorDash tries us like that. Earn by time just keeps the money flowing during slow times
The AR % reset only worked for drivers already in the program. Don’t know if it’s true, I saw it on another creators comment section regarding this AR change
My AR was reset and I went to 100% then they switched it back a few days later when I started doing more DoorDash orders. They changed it mid shift too
Youve been trying alot of different strategies since I've been watching your channel for the past month or two and it doesn't seem like any of them are really paying off for you that well. To spend all the time your spending making less than 200 bucks just doesn't seem worth it to me. Why don't you just stick with uber and lyft rideshare. Study the map for a few weeks throughout different times of the day and see what shift you think you can do and make the most money. 4th of July weekend was when I started doing uber and lyft rideshare only. I live out on long island in new york. I have a full time job during the day so I'm only doing Monday thru Thursday 3-4 hours each evening and I do Friday night until the sun comes up sleep during the day Saturday and do Saturday night until Sunday morning when the sun comes up and don't do anything on Sunday. I've been averaging between 1000-1200 a week gross. I don't think that's bad at all for part time work. The heck with uber eats and insta cart and door dash I haven't tried any of them but just from watching your channel it seems like to much work and to much time for no money. Just my thoughts my brother. Enjoy your videos non the less though

I'm going to give you guys a Walmart spark video soon. I feel you though giving rideshare a break will help limit all the miles being driven

That’s bad! Were you late in their eyes or what was the issue??

Dude where did you go I look forward to your videos
Hello!! Sorry! I think my sickness will be 100% gone tomorrow when I wake up so I can record. So video again out Monday I got you! 🙏🏽
I live in Miami and I can definitely say I’m never grinding for plat ever again..
Another big wormer, she said the same thing about the reset. She’s down to 0% AR. I haven’t DD in weeks! 😊

Bro I worked after 6pm today in Kendall and DoorDash was booming, I was on earn by offer. I think ima start working graveyard lol idk maybe

I believe this statement, I feel the same like you’ll probably make the same on both options at the end of the day.
