I think it's so interesting to hear that you guys have been having so many problems with USPS. I only had one item not delivered on time and it ended up being an address problem on the buyer end. I even shipped items after the cut-off date that made it before Christmas all the way across the country. I am in Oregon. UPS did upcharge us $21 for a 7oz package with no explanation. So that was fun.
How many packages you ship a week on average? In the past, I didn’t sell that much like 1 or 2 packages per week so I didn’t notice any problems but now I ship like 20 packages a week and definitely notice a lot of problems. So many delays, like it would sit at local hub for a week with no updates
Just some information for you- my UPS shipments have recently been delivered by USPS. USPS is also delivering FedEx and Amazon packages in my area and I live by an Amazon hub and a FedEx hub. Also when I check on tracking, it shows up as if UPS delivered. USPS has agreements with all the carriers. They also have some hubs that are having difficulty processing items which has hit the news here. I actually get great service from USPS - when an expensive item I ordered got lost it was a UPS shipment that UPS identified as lost in shipment will arrive late.
I live near a major city, not rural area. I also have watched this happen at a family member's home who lives in an apartment building in a very busy part of the city. There are more USPS trucks than other delivery services, and FEDEX and UPS deliveries are being made by USPS. I asked the USPS who delivered an Amazon package and he said that USPS has an agreement with them to help get their packages delivered quickly. Also UPS is better in rural areas than other areas but they do hand-off their packages to USPS.
@@laverneorsan442 I've had the same thing. Every package I've gotten this holiday season has been delivered through USPS including Amazon, FedEx and UPS.
i have 87 packages stuck in the indianapolis sorting facility for 22 days now. so far ive received two negative feedbacks and over $300 in chargebacks bc of shipping delays. post office tells me there is literally nothing they can do bc they are short staffed and over worked. i understand it is the holiday season but this is just ridicoulus this year. post office is 2 minutes from my house, nearest ups store is 35 minutes one way.
Omg I’m in Indy and same!! I’ve refunded only one thankfully and have been keeping in contact with the other late ones. I even tried using priority mail and one ended up in the wrong State and the others are delayed just not as bad. Wow I’m sure using UPS next year.
I work for USPS the post office is running skeleton crews to due to poor management not hiring enough staff or people not wanting to work for us due to slave driver tactics to employees who work there that hate there jobs.
USPS is currently in chaos mode. My packages are getting routed to other states, routed around in circles, and stopping moving entirely. Last Thursday I shipped a Priority Mail package from Nashville, TN to Knoxville, TN. The first scan finally occurred today (Monday) and the package is in Dulles, Virginia. A similar package was shipped a week ago from Nashville to Knoxville and was not scanned for several days then showed up in Greensboro, NC. I have another Priority Mail package this week that was going from Charlotte, NC to Nashville, TN and went straight to Raleigh, NC then Clayton, NC then Fayetteville, NC, then Gastonia, NC (close to Charlotte) and now "moving through network. I've done two insurance claims this month for packages that just stopped moving. This is not just slowdown from Christmas load since packages are routing around to unrelated states and in circles.
Lonnie, I’ve had a daily pickup for the last 2 years and it’s been great. UPS set me up with 2 computers and 2 printers that they covered. Now, I do use UPS A lot. I was shocked that on a medium to large package on most packages I save between 4-30 dollars. So it’s a good move. I always make sure the drivers scan my packages when they pickup.
Yep. I had to cut over to UPS for all order over $50 or 1lb. Just not worth the stress and headache that the USPS has burdened me with. Not sure if this is a DeJoy issue, but things keep getting worse under his tenure.
Remember, you can deduct miles to and from ups if you drop off or if you pay a rate for them to pick up from you from your yearly taxes. Just throwing that out there in case anyone needs to know. Its a business expense
Appreciate your videos! I started proactively shipping with UPS after seeing some of your delays around Black Friday, and it’s saved me a lot of eBay cases. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
This is the first year that I have experienced problems with USPS. It started late summer and has just been getting worse. My UPS drop off location is just a few minutes from my home. So I am seriously considering UPS for next year as well. It is a bit late for this season, but next season it is probably going to be on the to do list. Probably starting in late September to get a jump on it. My local post office is great and gets everything out like it is supposed to be, but when the packages get to the big distribution centers is when it becomes a problem. As much as they charge you would think they could get their act together.
UPS Smart Post and FedEx Home Delivery are fine too. They deliver to the final post office, which is not the warehouse with 40 trucks to unload backed up in the queue for two weeks
I used to use Smart Post, but I constantly had buyers ask me hey my package got delivered but I don’t have it. Because UPS marks it delivered once it hits the post office. And I find it sometimes the post office won’t scan it for the final delivery.
I have had multiple items that came up completely missing with USPS over the last few months and I really don't sell much. Their service has completely fallen apart this year.
I will say though, Ground Advantage has been an incredible change for small time sellers like me. I fit so much more into that $4 - $5 shipping rate compared to when I used to have to upgrade to Priority.
USPS has been horrible, ground is taking almost 2 weeks. I sent a priority mail package CA>AL on December 11 and its currently sitting in Washington DC. 🙄 I've tried completing the lost mail form on a couple others but the system won't let me submit the form. All of my package trackings have been automatically updated in the system every day with "in transit to next facility" so its never been more than 24 hours to allow me to file a claim. Super frustrating.
For UPS pickup on pirateship you have to pretty much do 9AM to 7PM window for it to work. Any other time window seems to never work. You mentioned rural area, I also live in a extremely rural area, but thats how I get it to work.
I have two packages that I shipped out USPS on December 3 they just now received a scan on December 15 that they were scanned into a post office about 20 miles from me.
Thankfully I haven't had USPS shipping issues. Sounds like a regional issue? I'm Milwaukee and it has been good for me. I let customers know that delivery can be delayed due to busy holiday season, especially this week!
As someone who ships with UPS a lot, keep an eye on your shipping discount. The UPS discount rate is about 30% or more. Folks will buy from you less if you're keeping your shipping discount. (An alternative solution is to give away your shipping discount completely and add a couple bucks for supplies. There's also an option to cut a percentage of your shipping discount, but that's for all services.) *I don't trust the pickup folks, or leaving stuff on my porch for them. I drop off everything myself every time.
I'm very lucky to have a USPS one mile up the road...I don't trust pick-ups, and I like to get out of the house everyday anyway. Also, haven't noticed any unusually late deliveries this holiday season (I'm in MD).
Not one hiccup using UPS after many sales. I used USPS once and they failed to scan the item and it was lost. The package finally showed up 2-1/2 weeks later. USPS said they couldn't help me because they were waiting on the item. I told them when I dropped the package off and gave them the tracking number, but there was nothing they could do because it was never scanned, until it showed up at the buyers home. Crazy. I use USPS once and that happens. 😅 Back to UPS.
Usps is extremely understaffed. Management is constantly pressuring people to go faster to get more done faster some of the offices. They’re constantly threatening to write people up if they’re not meeting imaginary times. Management can violate the contract on the daily basis. The employee has to follow the direction and then file the grievance later. Management is insatiable and they don’t care . Many of them treat employees poorly. The stress is unbearable and people are leaving. They’ve been working without a contract for almost 2 years still under wages that were set in 2019. a lot of offices. Have people working 12 hours a day to keep up with everything. It’s not the carriers it’s management. Usps just came up with a tentative agreement, 1.3% wage increase for the next four years per year, but the medical insurance will be going up 2-4 % in most cases. So you can understand why people want to quit. The new contract will actually be a pay decrease if it passes. Usps will lose a lot more people. Hopefully it doesn’t pass and it goes to arbitration and Usps can get increases like UPS. That is Part of the problem right now.
Unfortunately this is not our problem. We are paying for a service regardless. We shouldn’t just say oh well it is what ii is when we are losing money because if it. They do not care it shows.
I have been shipping with UPS over USPS Since July. My UPS has a kiosk you can scan your own items and they also get USPS pickups so I drop both carriers packages at one location. USPS has got too expensive
UPS pickups went up by a LOT this month... for us they went from $8.50 to $13.50. They also jacked up our over 50lbs packages. I ship a 50lb for about $75 avg and 51lbs for $119!!!! one pound changes it a lot!
I guess I should knock on wood. I have had no problems on packages get to where they needed to go. I did have 2 standard envelopes that the tracking took awhile to update . But that was more the customers being impatient. The only problem I have had is when my normal carrier was out for 2 days due to a snowstorm and the subs never read the note to stop and see if we have packages.
If a lot of sellers ship with UPS like you're planning, they could face the same issue of too many packages during Christmas, leading to delays and slower service.
So if you change to UPS instead of using USPS, do you have to change all your listings if you’re charging the buyer for shipping or do you just ship them UPS?
I use the $9.90 weekly pickup. They have been great about showing up every day. You have to have a UPS account but you don't have to use their website to print labels. As long as it has a prepaid label, they will take it. They even take my Amazon returns for me. UPS will also send you thermal labels for free. FedEx will as well if you have an account with them. I don't use USPS between mid November to mid January. I'm not dealing with stuck packages. I don't have the time to spend on that.
Not sure if you having same problem I did with usps but I live in rural area and about 40 minutes from state line ,I would take when traveling that direction to post office near by ,that post office even though in same state their main drop after leaving them was out of state ,three times usps weren't picking my packages up at mailbox even though only small items ,even would stop put my mail in box but wouldn't take the package...I delivered the package and ask why ,they had no answer ,so I realized ,it was connected to my leaving package at the post office that their drop off was out of state ,since about 6 months ,no problem, only thing I figured, they said had no way of knowing...but made sence to me that the state you live in has agreement with ebay... is only one I sell through ...hope this helps if not good luck in future and happy holidays ...Dora
I recently had a ground advantage package go from Dallas Texas to Springfield Massachusetts back to Dallas Texas and then up to Boston Massachusetts near the customer's home and finally delivered 6 days after I shipped it!
FYI - I'm in rural Maine there are some UPS stores. There are many more UPS approved drop off locations. Check your local area. I have an auto parts store 4 miles away that opens at 630 am that I use. It gets scanned and recipe provided.
I'm right with you, I'm glad the postal service doesn't charge me by the mile, my packages visit a lot of cities instead of taking the direct route. I've started to use the UPS Ground Saver and it's reliable vs Ground Advantage from USPS. UPS has drop off locations too that will scan but they'll email receipts
One idea is to offer your customer a choice (too bad you can only do 2) I usually set mine up so they can pick between ground advantage and priority, but obviously that doesnt fix issues with poor service.
Yes, USPS shipping has been slower than usual, but I think it depends where you live. I live in AZ and haven’t had too many problems. Some items have shipped really fast. However, I shipped one package UPS from AZ to MA and it took 8 days so not much better for me.
It's been absolutely horrible in the Virginia Beach area. Package make it t9 Richmond then just sit for days with no scans. I mailed a package 2 weeks ago to North Carolina, it still hasn't made it. Of course the customer opened a missing package claim on me.
@@dereknankivell1604 But Charlottesville and Richmond only controls Charlottesville and Richmond, once they leave those postal locations-there are no control (ie going to Virginia Beach or Ohio, etc). You're lucky that it hasn't affected you YET. I've been overall lucky too.Only one thing has been delayed but finally got a scan Saturday. My local postal office is great...beyond that...can be questionable and I know some areas, once it leaves mine to go to another-is questionable.
We need to see if eBay would help on these post office not scanning packages until days later lost my top rated position because of that and so far no help from either party.
I have a UPS drop off close to my house in a mom and pop drugstore. You might want to see if a drop off is close to you. They scan the item and give you a receipt and there is no line.
I switched to UPS last week. I had 20+ packages stuck for over a week in the Columbus USPS DC. The good news is that once they get moving again you just update the claim tracking and send the buyer a message that their oacksge is " found" and moving again. The date to resolve the claim is extended as long as the buyer still wants the item.
I changed my business handling time to three days but still try to ship as soon as possible. Also during the Holidays I put a note at the top of the description to please remember the shipping times may be longer due to heavy mail loads.
Last year, around March or April, USPS was having a terrible time around Houston, with some taking 4 weeks. I switched to UPS for big items and send 1 package overnight FedEx. Probably shipped 10 items via UPS and they lost 1. that 10% loss rate. The FedEx overnight took almost 2 weeks. Also, UPS Ground Saver is a hybrid USPS/UPS. UPS delivers the item to the closest post office of the recipient and then USPS finishes the job. AND you end up with 2 tracking numbers that completely confuses your buyers.
I haven’t had any problems with the usps and I ship a lot. Sometimes I think it has something to do with the post office you drop your packages off at.
I waited a week for an expected package to come from the Baton Rouge USPS processing center to my home outside of Lafayette... tracking just stopped getting updates for a full week
I had to quit using UPS because of the surcharges you will get hit with weeks after delivery. I use pirate ship for all my carriers. Watch those additional charges, and after the fact. Grinds my gears! These carriers all have their pros and cons I guess.
You can get free plain cardboard boxes from UPS in addition to the thermal labels mentioned here. You can also get 2/sheet laser or inkjet printable labels for free from UPS. Every shipping company has problems - it depends on where you live whether you are in a good zone or a bad zone. I use USPS exclusively and have had excellent service over the last 4-years. I won't change until it becomes a problem.
USPS has been absolutely horrible. I actually started using UPS last week because of the USPS packages just sitting and going days without scans. My UPS store is about 5 minutes from me so very quick trip and if they are busy then they have the self scanner so no waiting in long lines.
Amazon Package Delivery: actually I saw something about a month back about Amazon using part of its extensive fleet to pick-up packages, as a paid for service like FedEx, from other business as a new area they are planning to expand into. Not sure which cities they’re starting with or the details like cost, but if they go about it as well as they have their other expansion programs (like mail order pharmacies) it would be interesting to see. 😉
@@humidbeing True today, but if there is money in it, Amazon will grow. Remember, they started out as a used book store and all the platforms combined (including with eBay) don't even come close to their combined operational size. 😊
I think a big part of your problem may be the Baton Rouge postal facility. I've had a package, that is to be delivered to Lafayette, stuck in Baton Rouge for several days. Tracking shows it arriving in Baton Rouge but for several days it just says in transit with no destination.
Amazon isn’t dependable where I am. Nearly every package is delivered to a different house then mine. Just happened yesterday and today. And other issues the day before. I was on the phone with Amazon a few hours ago complaining about not receiving packages and how the image in proof of delivery is not my house. USPS is awful too. I live in a big city and last year we only got mail twice in December. We called to complain three times. People kept asking us if we got their Christmas cards. We got a stack of Christmas cards the day AFTER Christmas. I’ve lived here in this big city my entire life and never had any issues until a few years ago and it’s just getting worse. Issues with UPS and FedEx too.
I knew I had a package coming from Florida. It stopped appearing on their OWN daily automated email because the package got stuck in Florida. At least it was only four days late, and not actually missing or lost. I don't blame you guys for moving a lot of things to UPS one little bit.
Little Rock Arkansas Distribution Center is doing a horrible job. I have several packages stuck there and I am shipping from Florida so only a small portion of my packages go through that location.
Also doesnt your post office allow you to just drop packsges at the dock and scan a manifest? I dont do much volume anymore but thets what i used to do when i was doing larger volume
I thought I had seen somewhere that Macari reverted back to their original fee structure. Was that not true? I just heard you say that you didn't have to pay fees. I don't sell on there; I just hear other resellers talk about it.
You don’t want ups , I just went through hell with them. If you ship something that gets broke or lost with UPS get ready for a war with them, they will do everything to not pay you for it . With USPS you submit your pictures and a screenshot of the sale and you have a check in a week. I been fighting with UPs for a month now to get paid for something they destroyed in shipping. As far as USPS , we have a local grocery store where you can drop packages off and there is never a line. I would never go to the actual post office as it’s always crowded and insane
Funny thing is my results are the exact opposite. The last 3 cases I had with USPS all resulted in the dreaded letter from USPS saying the buyer had to go to the post office and present the item and all packaging for the refund to happen. UPS on the other hand which I do through Pirateship so maybe that makes the difference, has never denied me a claim, and even the one time they over charged me saying my box was bigger than I stated, I emailed Pirateship and told them the box dimensions are printed on the boxes I use, and I got it reversed within 48 hours.
When USPS added their surcharge to long packages, I decided to use UPS to ship 2 baseball bats. Both of them arrived damaged. Never had a bat damaged using USPS. Needless to say, my experiment with UPS was over lol.
UPS is bad. Lost 3 packages and never could get insurance payment. Never lost a package with USPS in 20 years of selling on eBay. FedEx ground is worse than UPS.
I am not seeing any problems with my USPS packages from here in NH. Longest shipping time is 8 days to the west coast including weekends from here. I have had some shipments get 3/4 cross country in 3 days, all items are either ground advantage or media mail. Pirate ship has better rates than using a UPS account. My friend has a commercial UPS account and has told me Pirate Ship is cheaper and will probably get rid of his paid UPS account.
At the very least Candace needs a plexiglass divider to separate her office from Lonnie's Shipping Dept. Great stuff, folks. One of my favorite weekly stops.
My USPS has not been a problem. I actually want to switch to UPS, just to see if they will come and pick up 3 days a week, cause my USPS just won't pick up when I do a scheduled pick up
The only thing I don't care about USPS shipping Media Mail, is no insurance coverage unless the shipped buys some, so can't file a insurance claim, only submit a missing mail claim. Thanks for the info update and great video as always to Ya'll from your neighbor next door in Texas 😁
I used pirate ship for a couple years and then things got weird. I was always sure to be on the money as far as size and weight but then I started getting dinged. Maybe some robot somewhere decided I didn't pay enough. A few times I called and they refunded me my money but it's really not worth messing with over a buck or two. The last time I used them they charged me $0.04 on a package. But for some reason they charged me a dollar which maybe that's the minimum they can charge? I didn't do anything about it a week later they refunded me my four cents. And yes they kept the other 96 cents. Not using them anymore
Luckily I use the Oklahoma City sorting hubs. Very few issues with them. I've had issues when packages get to a couple places in Alabama, a place in Houston Texas, and a place in New Jersey.
My uncle use to make by hand a much larger scale of wood ships ! They was spectacular 💙 do you have USPS account where USPS sends you daily informed delivery emails? If not I suggest it for tracking as it also shows your outbound packages.
I just stopped shipping UPS and went to fedex. Almost every night at midnight I get an email saying I was charged an additional $12.95 for an adjustment. I always round up on weight and dimensions too. It's a scam.. the last straw was a $12.95 and a $20 cost adjustment on the same 2 pound package.
USPS has definitely been exhausting this month for me, but I've heard some horror stories about UPS. FED EX is definitely a no go as my personal packages arrive in horrible shape. Guess I'll be sticking with my Post Office for now.
With UPS you get free labels so you won't have to use your own labels for that process. I feel I may change 1/1/25 for larger items and see how UPS does. I feel like waiting until November wouldn't be very good idea. I'd like to try it for several months before jumping on full force. I'm in same boat as yall. We gotta do what's best for our biz and customers.
Our UPS stores have Scan N Go self service stations. Never have to wait in line. Just scan the label, print out a receipt and drop the package in the box. EZPZ. 😉
If only UPS could offer a more competitive rate for packages under 1 pound, because that's primarily what I sell. If you do have to venture out to the UPS store, don't forget to deduct mileage!
I don't know what you guys are seeing but just looking over all my shipments from last Thursday USPS has nearly all of them either in the destination City today or last update is in the destination state already.
UPS has been bad for us this year. I had two different packages over a two month span, both Bethany Lowe Halloween figurines worth almost $200 each, that we're double boxed and both arrived damaged. One was just destroyed, to the point it looked like a truck ran it over. The other had a huge hole through both boxes but luckily it was not damaged. I'm nervous to use them again. It's been over a month and they have not replied to our claim yet. USPS has been slow, but knock on wood, no lost or damaged packages.
It’s been terrible, the fact they don’t update tracking for days maybe weeks is terrible

I'm very lucky to have a USPS one mile up the road...I don't trust pick-ups, and I like to get out of the house everyday anyway. Also, haven't noticed any unusually late deliveries this holiday season (I'm in MD).
Currently one lost package ($100+) from usps and one broken item from FedEx. I'm a pretty small seller!
Amazon has been teasing the idea of a commercial shipping service outside of Amazon orders for the past year now.
I worked in Corrections and for 12 yrs never saw a Raise then after I retired they got a $8.00 and hour Raise.
Unfortunately this is not our problem. We are paying for a service regardless. We shouldn’t just say oh well it is what ii is when we are losing money because if it. They do not care it shows.
@ it’s not your problem… It’s managements problem. It’s Usps problem. I’m just explaining to you why there is a problem.
When I shipped a package it did not update until it reached the location so I could no see where it was.
Exactly
I dont see that. UPS sees the influx, they rent trucks and hire seasonal people to help. USPS says.... oh well
So if you change to UPS instead of using USPS, do you have to change all your listings if you’re charging the buyer for shipping or do you just ship them UPS?
Sounds like a local postal location is screwing up. Usps has been fine for shipping out of Virginia
It's been absolutely horrible in the Virginia Beach area. Package make it t9 Richmond then just sit for days with no scans. I mailed a package 2 weeks ago to North Carolina, it still hasn't made it. Of course the customer opened a missing package claim on me.
@2themaster my wife and I both have separate ebay stores. No issues yet. We ship out of charlottesville which then goes to Richmond
We need to see if eBay would help on these post office not scanning packages until days later lost my top rated position because of that and so far no help from either party.
i haven't had any problems with usps this year, ya boy matt jackson
only ship USPS and have had no issues. I guess some people just like to complain about everything
USPS is the losingest "business" in America, operating in the red for YEARS despite repeated bailouts...they're terrible.
Other than the irs what govt Agency makes money, it is a service
Indeed. I haven't had any lost with USPS. Slow is one thing, loss is another. Right now I have 2 Fedex lost somewhere.
For those ships, my brother, back in the late 70s, built each of them. You're right... very awesome and intricate.
UPS store is always a dread hate going there. These are good tips thank you
I haven’t had any problems with the usps and I ship a lot. Sometimes I think it has something to do with the post office you drop your packages off at.
Not in my area it is the Regional distribution that is totally messed up.
no pickup available because you need to make a wider time frame for the pickup. Needs to be a 4 hour window I believe
I waited a week for an expected package to come from the Baton Rouge USPS processing center to my home outside of Lafayette... tracking just stopped getting updates for a full week
Most all Amazon packages are delivered by USPS.
@@maxsands3861 Mine is USPS or Amazon themselves
Nope. All my Amazon packages arrive on an Amazon truck. Never once seen them delivered by USPS
Amazon's fleet is tiny compared to UPS and Fedex. Miniscule compared to USPS.
Have 9 going out today, Most are going UPS. Luckly I past UPS & USPS on the way home from work.
Little Rock Arkansas Distribution Center is doing a horrible job. I have several packages stuck there and I am shipping from Florida so only a small portion of my packages go through that location.
I currently have 3 packages in USPS limbo.
Also doesnt your post office allow you to just drop packsges at the dock and scan a manifest? I dont do much volume anymore but thets what i used to do when i was doing larger volume
I hear you Lonnie! Your spot on. I mean even receiving packages has been bad. I’ve been lucky. Customers were very patient
I had only one issue with UPS and they paid within a few weeks.
UPS is bad. Lost 3 packages and never could get insurance payment. Never lost a package with USPS in 20 years of selling on eBay. FedEx ground is worse than UPS.
Big facts. USPS all day long. UPS for bigs only.
Why do some of the sales show as "Refunded"?
I am not seeing any problems with my USPS packages from here in NH. Longest shipping time is 8 days to the west coast including weekends from here. I have had some shipments get 3/4 cross country in 3 days, all items are either ground advantage or media mail. Pirate ship has better rates than using a UPS account. My friend has a commercial UPS account and has told me Pirate Ship is cheaper and will probably get rid of his paid UPS account.
Those models are an awesome buy. You guys have this down to a science
I have 2 packages 15 days late and not scanned WTH
Hi Candance and Lonnie! Hugs and love !😊
I never use FedEx for this reason. They did that to me one too many times. I fought it through eBay and they refunded me.
Most of the stuff I order on Amazon is delivered by USPS.
Our UPS stores have Scan N Go self service stations. Never have to wait in line. Just scan the label, print out a receipt and drop the package in the box. EZPZ. 😉
Ups especially takes all their packages to USPS to deliver.
not anymore
Perhaps the Canada Postal Strike has something to do with it?
I thought of that too but it’s not. It’s certain regional distribution centers that lack workers.
Is FedEx more expensive?
If only UPS could offer a more competitive rate for packages under 1 pound, because that's primarily what I sell.
If you do have to venture out to the UPS store, don't forget to deduct mileage!
$500 per year you will save $300 on gas and the other $200 on wear and tear on your car
I don't know what you guys are seeing but just looking over all my shipments from last Thursday USPS has nearly all of them either in the destination City today or last update is in the destination state already.
It’s certain regions. I’m cursed to be in one of them.
My experience as well. I think they drag them behind there truck and then running them over. It is horrible.
@dawnd9222 We just found out UPS denied our claim. It was damaged by them!
Dejoy needs to be fired!
I dumped USPS long time ago, and Im in Eastern Washington. Ive had no issues with UPS and my prices with UPS has been cheaper than USPS.
I've personally been hand delivering items I sell. It'll take longer but at least you have control and meet some cool people along the way.
I have had only one package problem for the entire season.
I haven't had any issues with shipping at all, I guess I lucked out :)
