I'm just making this kit at the moment and your video was great reference. Its a shame there are raised panel lines as these become difficult to reinstate when filling and sanding the seams.
I have always inserted a mixture of plast4acine and lead shots in the nose of aircraft models with tri-cycle undercarriage, I learned that lesson many years ago with the Monogram P 38 which included a 'prop' for fitting below one of its tails. I was muttering "don't forget the ballast" as you were fitting the nose.
Just building this myself, and it's not bad. It has loads inaccuracies but to be expected for the age. In terms of the tail sit, the instructions do suggest 40g weight in the nose (step 45). It might need a little more but that should do it.
Thanks, agree, the lighting is not great, I will endeavor to try and improve the lighting. Please respect though, I am filming in a shed at the bottom of my garden..
Nice build mrP, I have this kit in my stash and I also use the same colour match app . Interesting to see how you went about it , makes me want to dig a kit out and build it. All the best Martin 👍

Thanks for your feedback, I must have overlooked the nose weight instruction..
Glad to see something other than the "usual" models, bravo!!!
Thank you
Great finish to a great aircraft, well done. I did find the filming a bit dark.
