    Basic ga village lo layouts. Premium ani Peru ela pettaaru, without proper roads as the road shows very small.

      @ what amenities r u talking about? With no proper roads, land that is not leveled which can be a disaster during floods, from main road to this venture , u need to come thru mud road via the village.. so why premium pricing when it is worth only 30-40 lakhs for 1k yards. Each acre in that area got sold for 10-25 lakhs initially n the private n public sector both inflated the pricing. It’s in a bubble now.
