Can we use flash as key light and continous light as back light?
Love it❤ can you also use the same lights outside? or do you have use other light. Trying to find a light that's good for portrait & video on a budget .
Hey Kim! For outdoor portraits you will need something more powerful like a Speedlight or a Strobe

I was using the flexible Spot Autofocus and the camera was on a stand, any slight movements from my model I had to manually move the box that's why I missed a few shots.

You have done more than enough! But the F stop is 1.8 but you said 1.4
