I purchased your Hip Pain program. I neglected to ask if this program would in any way help with bone on bone in my hip? Had an x-Ray in Nov. 2021. Of course, all want me to have surgery. Thank you for answer.
Hi K, My program has helped many people who've been told they are bone-on-bone but of course there are others whose pain wasn't completely resolved. The way I look at these decisions is that my program will help your hip and lower body system work well and therefore, if you end up needing surgery, your outcome will likely be improved because your function has been corrected prior to surgery. I hope that helps.
You are right! Walking on tip toes (a few steps) and unlocking knees (I’m bad at doing this) and letting the body move forward with advancing foot. I wish there was a magic “slap me” when I fall into old patterns🤣🤣 Thanks again🤩
Sure. In my home programs I have a simple taping technique that does just this--it's transformative for many people. Otherwise try wearing a simple knee sleeve which will remind you.
This is me 100%. I’m very active and use my hamstrings and quads too much🤦♀️ what can I do while hiking to get the glutes ON? Up on toes? Lunges? I do glute exercises all the time (probably too much), but once I start walking…everything else takes over. Thanks, the lightbulb just went on🤩
Hi Jennifer, I'm glad this turned on your light bulb! At the en of the video I mentioned what you should be doing to turn on your glutes while walking. Ultimately you will need to change how you walk. You can do so following those recommendations.
Great, thank you.
Glad you found it helpful. Thank you for your comment.

I sent this to my brother in-law. Pain for 3 years and no one can figure out his hip pain. I'll let you know.....Miss seeing you.
