This is something I would like to try.

I remember in the 90s when we didn’t have anything to. We eat Fati more often that at this point my father asked me to make gari Koko. We had only sugar to add. Seeing this video reminds me of that. But garnished with milk and ground will be very delicious ❤
Surprise and happy to see this recipe here because I have done this recipe before and my wife was like what are u doing this is not done. It just came over me to use hot water to soak my gari because I wanted it very soft. Oooh boy it tasted like Cerelac maize it was just too nice to be true and it was easy on the stomach. I used powdered milk. Guys give it a try.

I just finished trying this. At first i was scared and didn't want to waste any garri. But after trying it...men and brethren, i licked my bowl plate. It's niceeee like... Very nice. Native cerelac. Could not believe garri could do that!
Here's another method to try, a bit northern, Wash your garri,then add some onions,Maggie, oil, ground Quli Quli, ground fresh pepper or diced bell peppers mix and eat. Depending on your finances you can add in sardine or other fancy garnish Its very very good

Woooowww this is great! I normally used the gari porridge to prepare Eba. I never knew of this. It's the "cooked soakings" for me😂😂😂😂😂. Soakings with peanut butter is another level ❤❤
Soak the garri with plenty of water. Stir quickly and allow the garri to settle a bit. Most of the sand would settle at the bottom. Turn the garri to another plate or something you'll remove most of the sand. All these should be done as quick as possible.
