@@HeroX-vy9se You need the upgrade thats called quadruple S. You need to have a SSS rank and the gauge has to glowing to instantly transform and you can deactivate the form by tapping the devil trigger button. The upgrade only allows it for a few seconds. Use it wisely.
It seems to me like Dante is almost certainly stronger than Vergil by the end of the story. In the ending we even hear about the outcome of their latest fight, Dante won, and we see Vergil struggling again just before the demons interrupt the fight (there wasn't much rest time between the two fights though). Even in gameplay, Sin DT walks all over Vergil's best DT ( 2:52 is a good example), Vergil has far few abilities and weapons in his arsenal, and Dante has either equivalents or outright better versions of all of Vergil's attacks. The plot can be pretty convenient sometimes, but even thematically, Vergil without a doubt should be losing to Dante: As characters, Dante's continued to step up and Vergil's fallen, but one of the things I love about DMC5 is that they do a great job of establishing the seeds of development in Vergil, power and character wise. Still, until we see where that goes, the fights are close, but Dante's almost certainly stronger.

Now this look like an anime fight, like it how you often expose yourself just so that vergil had a chance to fight, usually, other Player tends to go on offensive by not letting vergil a slight move.... It really make this fight as if the twin were on equal footing like in the lore... Good job
What i love about this video in fight in comparison to Sakaki’s is that this one was more anime styled and combo oriented explicitly leaving himself open to show how on par the two brothers really are the Sin Devil dodges against Vergil’s quad judgment cut @2:40 was absolutely insane where as Sakaki’s fight was more cinematically choreographed thru the use of him exploiting the in game mechanics (e.g i-frames, queuing moves from different weapons whilst still being in a completely different animation) chasing Vergil almost indefinitely practically merging the defense into offense, to this day for those who have seen the video Coyote A stinger roll too dodge Judgement cut end is the sickest shit I’ve ever seen in any video game too date!! Both fights have officially become my favorite videos on UA-cam and neither can be placed a top one another they stand on the same plane and i love them both for these exact reasons
Wow, the choreography is amazing, the way you use Overdrive made me realize it's Dante's version of Judgement Cut and ending Vergil with Rebellion's signature move Dance Macabre is just great.
Holy shit, this was amazing. It didn't have the better music from 3 edited in, or the very epic and cinematic finisher of Judgement vs Judgement Cut End that Sakaki's video had, but there were so many incredible combos and interesting ways you predicted Vergil's movements that it was just absolutely perfect

I'm literally shaking and crying, poor Vergil. Since the release of Dmc 5, Vergil has been and still is being bullied to this day by Chad Dante, Fs in the comments for Vergil.
The coolest thing would be how every action seemingly syncs up so well with the music (Vergil entering Devil Trigger coincided with the dramatic rise of the BGM, for one thing), making this gameplay feel like a masterfully choreographed fight scene

This is by far the coolest Vergil fight, no combo is repeated and it's mindblowing from start to finish.

@BobbyMcbob use the x button if you use controller and flick the analog stick left or right. It took me a minute to figure it out too.
