The Solfeggio frequency of 528Hz is the frequency of self love, cell regeneration and repair, transformation and positivity. It can help heal old negative energies and replaces them with new and pure positive energy. It also helps to build and strengthen self-confidence and thus increases ease in any manifestation of goals and objectives to be achieved.
528Hz is also a frequency our solar plexus chakra (sometimes also referred to as “golden chakra”) can resonate with. Our solar plexus chakra is the center of strength, self-esteem, the power of transformation and many more. This chakra is an inexhaustible source of energy, self-confidence and power. It is the place where our power for change and self-transformation is located.
The frequency of 111Hz is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. This reaction results in a divine level of meditation. A state of trance that is said to allow connection with the universe, or a spiritual guide.

For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 528Hz and 111Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 528Hz + 111Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to these frequencies after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of these particular healing frequencies.
Feel free to listen to this meditation and/or sleep music with headphones at a moderate level or - if you prefer - just let it flow through open space. As long as it is positive for your body and soul, it will be positive for you.

So I listened to this last night for couple of hours the whole time my body was fully vibrating like I was holding a road drill! I got pins and needles in my hands and fingers and I couldn’t fall asleep, I’ve then been completely drained of energy and life today!
Can anyone shed any light on what could have happened to me.
I’m going to try finish it tonight an hope I have a better experience it made me very up tight but as soon as I turned it off I fell into a very deep sleep
I don’t think there is anything wrong with the music by the way I’m more concerned with what is wrong with me, I’m an Empath an deal with a lot of others negative energy on a daily basis hoping it’s not all clinging to me. X
