The all wood stick versions are amazing fliers! I know you've heard, 'nothing flies like a stick', it astounding how much better & responsive they are over the foam. BUT, theres no 'fixing' back.
Good aircraft , I do like my ugly stick, changed the prop to a three blade just like the look, only issue I had was with the tail wheel, if installed as they say it gets in the way of the elevator and restricts its movement, also the main undercarriage mount is weak and on mine was not glued in well, but easy to correct , Its a good around flying machine..great review and flying ..
With these planes you only have 3 options. Learn to fly like an expert, give up the hobby OR go broke! 😜😆 EPP foam allows even us useless Old Farts to stick with it and have some fun in our second childhood. 🙂 For close-in lunatic flying without too much stress try an AtomRC/Eachine Flying Fish sub-250g twin - expensive (as everything is getting now) but the best money we've spent!
I had my run at sub 250g planes but once I found the sweet spot at 1200mm that's my preferred size. They are so much fun and I've stock piled on some pretty interesting planes that I'll plan to show during this year.
@@SunriseRCAviator Only stirring Sven! 😜😂 Always enjoyable to watch the bigger machines and see someone enjoying their version of the hobby. 🙂 Oh, but could you please do something about those canvas backdrops to your photo sets though. All that washing powder ad white is giving us the creeps. Even 1000 miles of dismal red-brown Aussie Outback looks interesting in comparison. At least the shape of the termite mounds change! 😂😂😂
Wow, great job. Takes me back 40+ years, thank you.
I'm glad you liked it!

I might try wood in the future also.

I agree and I really have to fly it some more soon.
Nice Plane! Just wish they offered red, green or even yellow paint scheme..
Yes that would nice
One little nitpick... The plane looks very nice but I don't like the top and bottom of the wing looking identical. That is something I would change.
Before I flew it I thought it would be bad but during the flight I didn'r think it would matter as it's easy to orientate.

Dang that thing is quiet!!
Yes it is a sweet one. Only landing gear mounting point needs reinforcing.
