How could i modify this if using frozen chicken breasts? Do you have more instant pot recipes using frozen meats? I usually buy them frozen in bulk

Hey there! Yes, I have a lot or recipes using frozen chicken and beef. However, due to the cooking time of the orzo, it would be hard to make this with frozen chicken, as a frozen chicken breast needs 10 minutes on high pressure with 10 minutes of natural pressure release. The orzo may get overcooked. You can certainly try it, just add the chicken frozen to the soup and then remove, shred and add back into the soup. Another idea would be to make a bunch of frozen chicken using this recipe: amindfullmom.com/instant-pot-chicken-breasts/ and freeze in 2 cup portions. You can add the frozen shredded chicken to any soup and cook as directed :)
