We're so excited to be collabing with someone who we've never done a video with before - Drew from @lonefox ! You guys have been all up in our comments asking for this for a WHILE and today it's finally here - DIYing with supplies Drew sent us in the mail. He sent us a tough challenge to use a dart board, a chicken vase and some spray foam leftover from his old DIY projects to create some new fun home decor - how do you think we did?! Oh my god! Drew literally ripped of the dart board off a similar looking cabinet and as far as I remember turned it into an jewellery holder and the sorry girls added one cabinet xD But none the less everything looks beautiful ❤️

The girls really went BEYOND with their DIYs. Why was I so surprised? I feel like they've both set some trends with their pieces. I want both to update a dart board AND I want a volcano vase!
I was a little sad to see the rooster disappear, he had a lot of character. I was also a little sad that Becky didn't paint the cabinet first, then glue the marbles to the outside AND the inside. However, the color of the marbles didn't work with the colors in the room, and that rooster vase turned out lovely. So good to see you all doing a collab, and please do it again!
That dartboard cabinet is absolutely stunning!! It's so beautiful and just like a piece of art on the wall with the little cabinet closed. Gorgeus

A cute idea for the vase could’ve been to paint the vase a blue pastel (or any color) and use the foam to make little clouds on the vase !

I keep imagining the vase painted solid color high gloss Chinese lacquer red . . . but the sand paint is clever and fun and does look nicer than baking soda paint!
FUN fact: If you shake the dried Lunaria, you can get the seeds, plant them, and have endless home decor O.O
I like the “lava rock” vase but it could’ve been fun to add gold fine glitter and create a black geode effect!

Yooo when i saw Beckys final piece for the dart board I was like “ Hey I could go upcycle the old dartboard at my grandparents place”
As soon as Kelsey pulled out the black paint for the ‘great stuff’ vase I was shouting LAVA ROCK!!! It turned out so cool!!

Drew ripped the dartboard out to repurpose the cabinet it came in, Becky rebuilt the cabinet around the dartboard. I find it utterly hilarious :D Fantastic job y'all!

I would probably paint the dartboard, glue marbles to it and then cover it all with epoxy so it's flat. Then added legs and its a table!

You buy the same things for a DIY (one for each of you) and see what you each come up with. :-)
I think the dartboard and it's case looks amazing! I think it might have been fun to enhance the metal trim/divider piece of the dart board too before putting it back on. I love your art work on it. The lava rock looking vase is the bomb.

Not even fixing the typo
The vase already looked like a neck and shoulders, so my plan would have been to use the foam to form it into a headless bust statue. Then you just waterproof it, paint it to look like marble, stick some flowers in the neck and you have a “living” bust

Love it! For the vase, I would have sande and cut it like this ( but horizontal, then foamed the bottom and added rocks to make a front door, key tray. I would have made a lazy susan with the dart board and marbles!
That dartboard deserves a little video from all its journey... From the initial fantasy like dartboard, to a jewelry stand , to renewed arch doors going back to its origins 😊

For the dartboard I would've covered the top with resin and used it as table decor/coaster in a game room, with the marbles as little feet.
Just watched this and Drew’s video and they were soooo good! You guys killed the challenges! Also Becky went 110% on hers and it paid off!

Hi Kelsey! I use foam filler for my haunted house props. You have to layer it & let each layer dry completely to build up thick materials. When you put a bunch in the vase the top foam squashed the bottom foam because it wasn't dry. This could still work, moisture & humidity help it cure too. I'd use a spray bottle to mist the inside of the vase first next time.

I was waiting for becky to think of a trim for the marbles. It was my first thought when I saw them. Also I am totally doing an upcycled dart board now.
Adding the marbles was GREAT... Could have also added marbles to handles, or to the vase made from that foam and some flecks of gold or silver with the lava rock vase idea... Great Ideas 👍👍👍... You've started some minds clicking out in the World.. so many ideas to expand on a good colab would be to make other things with same Products going back to original owners so that they can expand on all these collabes.. "GREAT Going Guy's"... Enjoyable !!
