Berry sugar is simply a smaller-crystal sugar that dissolves more quickly than regular sugar in cold dishes such as fruit salads, drinks and desserts. Sometimes referred to as superfine, ultrafine or bar sugar, it is also known as caster sugar in Britain.

One idea for coconut is to make coconut chicken. Similar to coconut shrimp. U can fry chicken breast in a mix of panko and coconut. It’s actually on my menu plan. And uses 2 items. If u have shrimp u can use that. Both are delicious.

Desicated coconut is a very finely cut coconut.Castor sugar is a finely ground sugar. It is finer than granulated suger but courser than powdered / icing / confectionary sugar. One of my favourite things to make with coconut is Impossible Pie.
    Ingredients
    4 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Plain Flour
    1 Cup White Sugar
    2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
    1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
    2 Cups Milk
    1 Cup Coconut
    Method
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with either a wooden spoon or a hand mixer. It does not matter if there are small pockets of flour or chunks of butter.
Pour into a greased pie/quiche dish.
Bake at 180c for 1 hour or until the centre is firm to touch.
The pie ill divide into a pie base, custard centre and coconut top.

At school the schools spruce up green beans by adding ranch dressing packs. I personally haven’t made it this way at home yet, however, I always love them at school. I always ask if the green beans is ranch green beans. If the green beans is I ask for extra green beans.
My mom would make green beans the way my sister in law would make green beans the way my stepbrother will eat. A can of green beans with mushrooms, minced onions, and a can of diced tomatoes. Of course you’d drain the canned mushrooms and tomatoes.
My mom can’t stand green beans anymore after only eating canned green beans for about 2 or 3 years. Basically any canned vegetables she can’t stand.

I have seen people make tomato soup with tomato paste watered down use some of your cream near the end probably need sugar then you could add in cooked rice and as a previous person posted you can never go wrong with hello dolly bars. I believe you made them before with graham cracker crumb crust…could probably sneak in some panko, then nuts, coconut chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.

I did make a version of the Hello Dolly bars a while back and they were great! Great ideas for substitutions!

I had to leave before the end of the premiere but I have added coconut to bowls of oatmeal. In cookies. But your pancakes would work.

An idea for the coconut and possible Indian spices: Indonesian beef rendang inspired dish. This was actually voted the #1 dish in the world a few years ago. Super tender meat in a rich, fragrant, Lucious sauce that is a perfect pair for rice. It’s a bit of a tedious recipe but I wonder if you could find a cheat version using your coconut and Indian spices!

If you don’t like the texture of the coconut but you like the taste just powder it and add it to. Yogurt or smoothies or pancakes or cookies

Everything looked delicious. I love homemade Iced tea, I make it all the time with fresh ginger and citrus.
Also, I don’t use a lot of canned veggies but if I do make canned green beans, I make it with garlic and bread crumbs. It’s very easy. Lmk if you would like the recipe!

That's what I suspected but when I googled it it said not to use icing sugar as a replacement! (It was a close call actually lol) I'm pretty sure it's the berry sugar that I see sometimes...
