Olga Ghazaryan is an accomplished Executive and Non-executive leader in social purpose and commercial sectors with more than 30 years of leadership, management and governance experience across more than 50 countries. She worked in senior leadership positions in global organizations such as Oxfam and WaterAid including as Country and Regional Director and for more than 8 years in C-Suite roles as Executive Director of International Programmes and Global Strategy Director. She also has a decade of Board experience as Chair of 3 Boards and Non-Executive Director of 2 commercial companies. Recently Olga launched herself as an independent consultant and as an interim Director whilst continuing to serve in non-executive governance roles as Co Chair of Womankind Worldwide, Chair of OxYGen Foundation and Non-executive director of Smart Electronics.
