What first mods should we do?!
Matt! real easy one to do that is very fun and will let you get rid of the orange on the dash. USSPEEDO gauge face!! I did mine and rose gold stainless steel and it looks really well on my earl grey.
Can’t wait to see what you do with her. Gun metal color goes great with bikini. And, yeah all those different accents on the interior would drive me crazy too.

Jeep should have kept the 392 as a forever option! So many customers love them. I am saving for my dream jeep. By the time I can afford one. I hope they will have a V8 option. I hope they will not go all electric!
The HO hurricane is most likely going to take over in place of the 392

Jeep has already laid out it's plans to be all electric by like the 2028 model year.
I just got confirmation from my Jeep Garage that 2025 is going to be the final 392 year. I was mid build of a 2024 and could not order the sky one-touch roof since they closed to save the parts for the 2025 final edition year.
AND knock off 50k from the sticker price! Jeeps are NOT Audi's nor are they a Lexus. Paying almost 100k for this is INSANE! This is a UTILITY vehicle. The reason why they're discontinuing the 392 is because they're NOT MAKING MONEY ON THIS!

I am really glad someone pointed out the silver stitching on the dash board. I thought it was really dumb when I got my 2024 Rubicon that the dash panel had red stitching but the rest of the dashboard and it really bothers me. I am wondering if I can dye the stitching since its this dark silver.

That Bikini a great blue color! I also love my Hydro Blue Gladiator! 392 Wranglers look cool and sound cool! I never drove one, but I would like too. My 21 Gladiator is getting a new automatic transmission finally. It has been acting up since Nov of last year. A long process with the dealership. Can’t wait to have my Jeep back. I have been driving a Compass rental for 2 weeks now. Probably be another 2 weeks to get my Jeep return. Can’t wait to see what you do with your new Jeep! Enjoy your Jeep Matt!

I ordered a Rubicon X on September 15, 2023 and I haven’t heard that it’s even been scheduled for production. Have you heard what’s causing the delays?
You ain't lying about the steel bumper weight🤣 My Beach has the plastic bumper, so the first time I drove my Rubicon with the steel bumpers I was like holy crap this thing feels like a tank, now I don't notice the weight at all really except for when I drive my Beach around and then go back to my Rubicon do I notice the difference.I want to go 37's and put AEV bumper on the front with a winch on my Beach and also throw on a 24 grille and a Rubicon hood those are my plans for it and keep the Rubicon stock.
Honest question,: If these 392's are selling so well and above sticker, why would they discontinue this engine option this year?
Hey Matt, how do the standard LED headlights compare to the Diode Dynamics Elite/Elite Max headlights? Will you be swapping them out on this build?
I would never turn off the offroad switch 😂😂😂😂😂 man I'm really wanting a 392 I honestly not a fan of the MDS and turning on the offroad switch isn't helping my decision
Congrats on the new jeep brotha. I do have a question. U mention in the video that u having that extra weight on the 2.0l wrangler was starting to be noticeable. Did u notice a lot of drop of the gas mileage? And how was there a lot of power loss due to the weight? Like did it sound like it struggled to move that weight around? I’m actually in the market and looking to get a 2.0l wrangler it’ll be my first jeep and I’m still eeeh about on which one to go with if the 2.0l or v6. Thanks for any input in advance. 🙏🏻
I have a 2022 wrangler 392 and I have discovered that if you are in off-road plus in 4th gear at 28-30mph and let off, it burbles all the way to a stop.

Mine will go into 4 cylinder mode in off-road + , try the launch in Off-road + it will take off like a scalded ape. It’s in the manual a hidden feature. Enjoy
Great Jeep. Gotta say it’s unfortunate that there isn’t another interior color choice. The red totally clashes with the teal color.
The Willis comes with the Mopar all weather maps. Why wouldn’t the rubicon. It’s actually on the price/build sheet
Awesome, but it’s not so awesome is that it’s a big drinker. Love my 530 foot pounds of torque with the banks derringer and a few add-ons.
The only thing, besides I think there is too much tech in a Jeep, I don't like is the Auto transfer case. I've heard and seen people that actually offroad it, blow the clutches out.

I'll be honest. I don't understand the antenna in the windshield. Such a cheap easily replaceable item that was integrated with an expensive frequently replaced one..
I love mine. I can’t lie tho. I do get anxiety driving it cause the price tag is burnt in my brain. And you notice everyone around you drives worse than you lol. But we only live once right 😊
I’ve been looking into the antigravity batteries for mine when a replacement is needed shave a bit of weight. Expensive but why not!
I know it’s about the channel but that Jeep 392 is damn near perfect the way it is.

I love this vehicle, not the price. We need a 5.7 option that only adds a couple grand to price and maintains the new 5k towing capacity with that floating rear axle.
Different wheels with the new 37 inch ko3's. With a 1 inch bigger rear bump stop.
If i were to get a 392, that would be the color right there. BUT no way in hell would i ever pay the price for one.

Matt, help! Hehe. Im about to pull the trigger on a used 392. The one im looking at has the extreme recon wheels, tires and fender flares. However, I cant find anything on the gear ratio. The window sticker has the 35" extreme recon tire package on it but I don't know if that also overrides the 3.73 gears. Please help?

Is there really anything left to do to it besides put on a lift/wheels/tires, tint the windows, and install a bestop sunrider for hardtop? Would love to see yall do an overlanding setup on something like a gladiator, especially since you have the growing family. I think that would make some pretty cool content.
Remember that the mojave qualifies for the business tax credit for vehicles over 6000lbs, so it could be beneficial for next years tax bill. Lol.
Have a 2024 2-door Rubicon X and a 2020 2-door Rubicon, both stock with 3.6L engines. Sure seems the 2024 rides quieter and more solid than the 2020. Wondering if the differences are just perceived through power of suggestion or actual aging? BTW, intend to sell the 2020 in a couple months.
That is kind of crazy they don’t come with the all weather mats. My 2024 Willys did come with them.
Btw I am loving the manual in my Willys. So much fun having it again. Been in an automatic for 4 1/2 boring years.
I test drove one of those 392's for my JL Engine comparision video. So amazing. I didn't know about. the Off-Road Plus.. dang it..
Chop those fenders, baby. That new American Adventure Lab / Diode Dynamics highline fender bracket would look so clean on that thing. You get to lose some weight as a bonus! Probably not much to be gained from aluminum inner fender liners to go along with it, but it'd look damn good with the Bikini paint job, especially if you left the raw finish on there or got some paint-matched accents.
Been a fan of the bikini color since I saw it on the Moab addition.
We have a 21 sarge green 4xe, spec is 375hp/470ft-lb torque, so same torque as 392 but much less HP. It does get up and go pretty well, though I'd thoroughly enjoy the exhaust tone of the 392. Only way the better half approved getting a jeep was off it was the hybrid, and we do really enjoy it, so the compromise was worth it.
That bikini wrangler you got is certainly beautiful, can't wait to see what you do with it.

I took delivery on my 2024 2 door Rubicon X in sarge green a few months ago, I wanted the extreme recon package as it was advertised that it would be included
on the X, but you could not order it on a 2 dr when I did my order.... Now I am trying to make my 2024 2 door rubicon X into one that can be ordered now. Anyway let me know

MATT! DUDE! That tip about checking that the fuses are pushed in saved me a trip to the dealership for an eTorque charging failure! One of the fuses, for the battery voltage sensor if I remember right, wasn’t fully set. Stupid fuse…..

I love the paint match top, I have always had paint match tops and they're great. Reflect the heat too. Are you getting the paint matched half doors or can you even get them in that color now since you didn't order it? I can't wait to see what you do with it. Wish I could afford to buy those take offs from you, but i think the TPMS are different in the 2021s I have.

Bikini looks exactly like hydro blue. I have a hydro 392 and it’s hard to tell the difference from the video. I’ve seen Bikini in person and it looks a lot lighter than HB. It just comes across as HB on this video
Totally agree that a black hardtop would look better, and that the interior color coordination could use some help. Hell I would take the original 392 black/bronze stitching with Bikini any day!

It’s a sweet looking jeep. I agree on the 24 grill. I also like them body color. As far as mpg goes, my 392 on 40s gets better then my gladiator on 37s.
The grill be so ugly tho , other than that nice Jeep .
I like Black tops and fender flares, I love the power top, Wish you could get it in a black top on the 2 door. Shame they are stopping the 392

I'm curious if they have any side handles (that you put under the side airbag areas) for the 24 models? Used to strap them around that bar but can't do that now.

Put Little shock absorbers underneath your hood it’ll make a big difference

Change the bumpers and rust proof the door and gate hinges. Reinforce the gate hinges as well.

I know you don’t buy a Wrangler for gas mileage, but your 392 must give you what 10mpg?? No but seriously, what’s the gas mileage difference vs the V6 Pentastar?
I've owned 4 cyl., Straight 6, V-6, & finally took delivery of my 392 last weekend.. so quite a few Jeep motors to compare. I topped off my 392 the other day then drove it to town & back, topped off again to compare to computer. It said 19.9 miles for 1.2 gallons of 93 octane. I had my foot in it some of the time. Can't complain it gets at least 15-16 highway.
I usually get 9 around town and 14.5 on the highway in mine.

I think you should put a wrap on the hood scoop portion of the hood to bring more attention to the hood scoop like Ram did for the TRX hood scoop with the matte sticker.

First thing I did on mine a a few Distinction Applied goodies just to make it my own. The most recent thing was what I should have done first, which is install the Clayton Performance Coils for 392s. I like the XR ride height but wanted a nicer handling spring, and the Clayton are amazing IMO 😍
