- Very suddenly and unexpectedly I received an email notifying me I would need to move out of my studio space in 2 months. Disappointment and panic set in. Now what??

So happy it worked out for you! A local family owned camera store is probably going to have to move in the near future as the owner of the property is looking to sell the whole property to a data center. That will affect other businesses there too. The small shopping center next to the strip where I get my haircut was purchase by the City. They are giving notice to the tenants. I suppose that's a reality with renting a space. Can't wait to see what you do with your new space.
Right? It's scary to be in a rental/lease space. Lucky to find a place a friend owns!

OMG! 😢So, this is the stress you've been under, Darn it! I remember you mentioning in a video that you had a very stressful week and just needed rest, or at least peaceful and refreshing activities. You are so good with your business and you love it so much, I was surprised that business stress had affected you so profoundly. Now, I get it!

I recognize the powerfully creative manifester in you; and I believe you will find a space that's just as awesome, and possibly EVEN BETTER. That's how I felt, Monique! I felt like nothing was going right, that my world was crashing in on me; and I KNOW that's not true, yet it is how I felt. I'm not exactly sure how to ask for help; but maybe I should try reaching out to my network more, just putting out some feelers. Two of my friends and my Mom have offered to help, I just don't know how they can help me. I thought, maybe they help with my research; but when I brought it up to Mom, it felt like I was asking too much; and I lost the courage to ask the couple. Maybe, I could just put a post on Facebook, asking if anyone knows of apartments they can recommend for less than $1000/month.
Yes ask! Don't underestimate the help and creativity of your friends and network!

well that was wild. I was so sad for you. I don't know you, but you are so hard working, and always trying to make things work. (and do). And when you were starting this video I felt so sorry for you. Thinking of all you'd have to do to get ready for a new space (if you could even find one). I remember your video when you moved into this space where you're at now. You talked about all the costs involved, and I was thinking oh no, now you gotta do it all over again. But what an incredible opportunity just opened up for you! I'm wishing you huge success. You seem to be the nicest person, and you deserve the best. Yaaaay!
