As someone who plays the Ka-50 (I don't sit at 10km range, I use the terrain to get close so I can aim better and the ATGMs reach their target faster) I can approve, hide from the ADATS or you will have a severe emotional event.

Well, there was radar but not the updated almost impossible version to fight that it is now.

Vehicles like the British Chieftain existed, but their radar modules were non-functional.
AA vehicles like that received radar functionality the patch immediately following helicopters, so there was at least a solid month with no radar and helicopters.

Joe Beans I know that’s messed up. Adding tier VIII as VI premium is messed up. I think top premium should be limited to 1.0 BR lower then top BR. It’s not too late to fix this.

SergeantHop in my opinion the BR should eventually expand to 12.0 with 12.0 being rank VIII and the latest upgrades and development of machines like F-22 and M1A2C. Their shouldn’t be any premium above br 11.0 so they may be in games with 12.0 but they will be the bottom tier.

In one match I got shot down my ADATS, but I was in German Alouette, and we had quite few Ka-50's. When I spawned in tank I got curious to at what ADATS shot his rockets again, and it was as I suspected, he shot at Ka-50 in distance behind our spawn. Now...that Ka-50 had 10km engagement capability...and I was watching whether that rocket will hit him or not from ADATS, and as I watched that Ka-50 simply kept hovering there, that rocket probably didn't do anything, and he didn't shot flares as well.

base t90 or t90a? before we get either of those we'd probably get a t72b-1989. the t90 doesn't get thermals, has the same engine, same turret armor as t72b-1985, and the same gun. the t-80u/uk would be the next t80. the next t72 down that line would be a b series. t90a on the other hand was an upgrade 12 years in the making. better gun, engine, fcs, thermals, and better hull/turret armor.
Dosent matter, just want a t-90 Line. Its Russian, so it will do fine. But yes the t-90 Vladimir will be Nice .

Calm your tits it's the first generation one so while it is effective it wasn't that effective the reason why Apaches were looked at the be so good is because they were great at blowing up cars tell me in what time. Has are Apaches had a real game outside of Iraq and Afghanistan what real game have they hunted to prove their skill that's the biggest misconception about the Apache the Abrams and pretty much all of the American Tank trees because American modern battle tanks have not fought an enemy of its level ever the Abrams has never gone up against something of its caliber it's going after outdated tanks with Munitions that could not kill the Abrams I want you to tell me what it would do against a current Russian t-90 tank let's see how it Stacks up then at least a T90 fought something very similar

In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between where the missile is, and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was.
The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. @@wockhardt_user I did, only because it's my favorite heli. I don't use it as a first spawn because the fact that you can is stupid. I usually run the T-80U first, which then I get clapped by the ADATS spam.
Heli life in top tier is tough, but you do have 10km range missiles, right?
@@wockhardt_user ADATS has a 10km range, and the only things that render for me in the heli at 10km is other helis. But i did know I was going to suffer when I got it, just not this much lol
@@localmemedealer8149 same for me, I bought it simply because I love russian helicopters and now I cannot use it, in ground forces AA everywhere even after I play the T-80U before and in Heli vs Heli they just ATGM each other. My best Match in the Ka was when I got 6 assists and 5 kills on Sinai. That Heli really needs specific maps to work.
Whoever made the Phly soundpack should literally just remake the ADATS audio EXCLUSIVELY just be "Chopper chopper chopper chopper chopper."
Another problem I have with premium Helos is how the RP earned only goes to other helicopters. A new player can't really increase his/her access to the game by the premium Helo route. So, not only is it a waste of money gameplay wise, it also won't help a new guy out in the same way that an RU251 or M46 Tiger would.
All of this reminds me of A.moracks and Detonations in WoT and WoWS

One thing I rely want to see is SAM missile changes.
Hoping that if a SAM want to guide a missile it will first need to get a radar lock, maby have it set like if a helicopter deploy flare, say the stormer HVM or ADAT because of the passive tracking radar it has a 10% chance of the radar locking on to it to 1 flare, guiding the missile away.
Then say a SAM with radar tracking will have a 5 or 3% of missing, for every chaff the helicopter deployed, but if any SAM lunches a missile without getting the radar lock it will not get the proxy fuse. And let's just say that the stormer HVM will not get guided assistance for the missile if not locked on.
And low level flying may be better has the radar will not track properly for radar guided SAM, and have the sun as a disadvantage for heat/visual tracking radar.

Ok now that you've done easy mode you should try the ninja way with the Stormer, it has many advantages :
- no radar array meaning they won't see you coming on their RWR
- more missiles
- that cant pen tanks
- that have 7km range (actually 5km ish, they detonate before their max range)

the first thing I noticed after I updated the game was the change of the Italian flag... I dont even play Italian vehicles
The Battle between Heli's and Ground Forces has been disgusting. When they were first introduced Ground Forces tore the heli's apart, then over time Heli's made a comeback and were able to hold their own. They finally took an over powered stance at being able to fight against ground forces when they were allowed to take ATGM's in at first spawn. Now everyone thought it was going to be the end of Ground forces when the Ka-50 was set to be introduced.... they were wrong. Now the helicopters are back to square 1 again, being torn apart by Ground forces.
I'd much rather have ground forces tear apart CAS/helis than the other way around, given that it is a tank mode where tanks should be the preferred method of fighting rather than aircraft.
@@bluntcabbage6042 Heli EC is probably the worst thing to play ever on all of war thunder. I'd rather rank up my heli tree's in Tank RB (sadly). Maybe if they get more game modes for Heli's that are actually fun I'll leave tank players alone.

Phlee turn your radar off at the match if you are the only SAM. Helo pilots won't get a RWR warning and its funny watching them climb up into the stratosphere before blasting them.

Thats why i am so against premium vehicles, especially in high tier. There are so many people that seem to not have any experience in playing this game and in high tier they are a dead weight and dont really contribute to winning the match. They die quiet quick without beeing able to do anything but help the enemy gather points. Its like 7/10 games where like a third of your team gets eradicated in the first 3 minutes. This takes the fun away because its like a constant 1vs 20 and the repaircosts are ridiculous. Not to mention that you miss a nice batch of SL when you lose.
