Ok so i am using this phine for last 2-3 months and i think he got some defective piece or something because in my device there no such camera bug issue and some performance issues and NO HEATING ISSUE the device heats only when its on charging but when I use the device it doesn't heat at all even after gaming there no such heating problem. Camera is amazing in this price segment, performance in great( for BGMI players its buttery smooth and there is no frame drops 58-59 fps always in any condition), 144hz display is amazing

Camera and day to day realme 12 pro + with x100 wala telephoto lens is good but u dont have powerful processor but if camera go for it, else go for realme gt 6t if you require performance with avg/good camera. Realme 12 pro plus is superior camera and gt 6t superior performance.
I have been using moto edge 50 pro for the last 3 months . I got 2 updates so far, lag issue while playing 4k video is fixed , but video recording in 4k still lags and stutters. I get 5 hrs of SOT. I happy with it. If camera is not your priority then go for edge 50 as is has military grade protection and bigger battery. UI experience is good , for casual gaming its good , i play bgmi for 2 hrs straight everyday it gets really hot(42°) if not playing under fan or in a ac room (below 40° under fan )but it gets cool quickly too , i get 60 fps most of the time in bgmi (smooth+extreme).im not much of a camera person so better i dont comment on it still it's good tho, gets thing done.no call or range issue. K bie. Update : now camera app sucks. Photos are okay like they still take time to process but video sucks af in 4k it just stutters a lot and some time it crashes . Video in 1080p in okay no crashes stutters. Other than that phone is 8.5/10

This is just a disastrous phone ! Lodead with soo much bugs . Some times it feels like I am using a 10,000 phone 😅😅 it just stuck some times. I think EU should take an action on this company ! Yes bro it has no bugs upto you use like hardcore gamer. You can't even get small lags generally. But 4k hdr lags often. It is one of best mobile under 30k. It can handle casual gaming with no problem. I am using it since 2 months and I play ff and another somewhat big apps. If you want better performance choose another

If budget is at 28k and plays moderately and uses cameras and want for vlogging or uses cameras much then edge 50 pro is best choice. I specially prefer edge 50 or edge 50 neo because they are at lower price and same 10mp telephoto lens and budget friendly I think edge 50 neo is one of best at 23k due to all specs. I see mixed reviews about the camera. It's not as bad according to some people. I'm in the USA and want a moto and 3x telephoto for under $500. I rarely take videos, and don't care about processing speed. Camera is not prioritized. I mostly just use phone for doordash and Uber eats.
surprisingly these bugs are only prevalent in Indian units, do keep in mind that Indian pricings are way cheaper than other regions. Moto should acknowledge the issues at least.

Yhi mere saath hua tha when I trusted most reviewers and bought the Xiaomi Pad6 instead of the Galaxy TabS9FE. The software is full of major bugs and RAM management is so pathetic that it can't keep even two apps in the memory. Its been one of my worst purchase decisions ever. These reviewers use a device for a couple of days and give their verdict basically based off the specs sheet and the perceived "value for money".
buddy couple of days is a stretch If a video comes couple of days after the launch then remember that one has to edit shoot make thumnnails also. that takes up time too. so now you get a few hours with the device max

And I use my phone for 8 hours a day average but I haven't encountered much bugs yet, Only issue I have is the battery it runs out too early and I have to charge my phone 2--3 times a day ( I dont do gaming)

I have only one complaint with this phone. It lags a lot and my 3 year old phone feels more smoother which was realme 7x pro. Lags are mostly in simple things like going to home screen or sliding notification tray down
Gorilla glass 5 as confirmed by Motorola official Most of us in India cannot afford hdr on Netflix. So not needed. But there will be an update from Motorola. Updates are slow but there will be bugs free. I didn't face such issues while using the camera

To be honest, I along with my few colleagues ordered this phone, it's been 3 months, and it works fine. There were no issues with the Camera app. There are minor bugs here and there but nothing deal breaker. And my colleagues have the same opinion.

Could you guide me on where to enable the cinematic mode? Also, I have to say, Moto has really outdone itself with the camera in this price range. The f/1.4 aperture is notably larger than what most competitors offer, and the sensor size is impressive too. It's also worth mentioning that the ultra model is currently ranked 20th on the DxOMark global list, outperforming the iPhone 15 Plus and Samsung S24 Ultra-quite an achievement! Given these specs, it's only natural for camera enthusiasts to expect 4K 60fps recording and a cinematic mode. Just my thoughts! However, the bugs in the camera app could be a real pain if they persist. Hope moto resolves it soon!

Yes bro it has no bugs upto you use like hardcore gamer. You can't even get small lags generally. But 4k hdr lags often. It is one of best mobile under 30k. It can handle casual gaming with no problem. I am using it since 2 months and I play ff and another somewhat big apps. If you want better performance choose another

I see mixed reviews about the camera. It's not as bad according to some people. I'm in the USA and want a moto and 3x telephoto for under $500. I rarely take videos, and don't care about processing speed. Camera is not prioritized. I mostly just use phone for doordash and Uber eats.

surprisingly these bugs are only prevalent in Indian units, do keep in mind that Indian pricings are way cheaper than other regions. Moto should acknowledge the issues at least.

Yhi mere saath hua tha when I trusted most reviewers and bought the Xiaomi Pad6 instead of the Galaxy TabS9FE. The software is full of major bugs and RAM management is so pathetic that it can't keep even two apps in the memory. Its been one of my worst purchase decisions ever. These reviewers use a device for a couple of days and give their verdict basically based off the specs sheet and the perceived "value for money".

Hello, I am also a motorola edge 50 pro user and I am getting updates like every month or 1.5 month. And I use my phone for 8 hours a day average but I haven't encountered much bugs yet, Only issue I have is the battery it runs out too early and I have to charge my phone 2--3 times a day ( I dont do gaming)

I have only one complaint with this phone. It lags a lot and my 3 year old phone feels more smoother which was realme 7x pro.

To be honest, I along with my few colleagues ordered this phone, it's been 3 months, and it works fine. There were no issues with the Camera app. There are minor bugs here and there but nothing deal breaker. And my colleagues have the same opinion.

Given these specs, it's only natural for camera enthusiasts to expect 4K 60fps recording and a cinematic mode. Just my thoughts! However, the bugs in the camera app could be a real pain if they persist. Hope moto resolves it soon!
